This book completely healed me & absolutely wrecked me at the same time.💕✨The writing was so poetic, whimsical, & soul-touching. Allison weaves magic with words.❄️The lore was impeccable. It honoured the Pixie Hollow we know & love while building on that world & deepening it beautifully.🌳Allison’s vocabulary is incredible. I loved how many times I was looking up luscious new words.🍃The fairy life details were utterly enchanting! From the delicious foods to the flowers that were crafted into striking fashions, every detail of life was designed for pixies & it was so magical.🧚🏻‍♀️No spoilers, but the meaning behind the monsters & how they can be defeated made me weep with hope.🥹The depth to this story & to these precious characters was marvelous. I feel so connected to Clarion—her insecurities as well as her strengths were poignant & deeply relatable.🤍And lastly, the romance. Oh, the tender, precious, beauteous depth of it. I would never call this romance “sizzling” for it burned—bright & true as a falling star.💫Clarion & Milori deserve every happiness & now I need to watch The Secret of the Wings to fill the gaping wound in my heart with its hope of happily ever after.🦋This book was astounding. It was perfection. It not only met, but far exceeded my expectations & hopes. This story is fully welcome into the official canon & lore of the Pixie Hollow I hold so very, very dear.💕So, in the words of Queen Clarion herself, “Born of laughter, clothed in cheer, happiness has brought you here. Welcome to Pixie Hollow!”✨

My younger sister and I were obsessed with Pixie Hollow movies as kids—and I especially was captured by the star-crossed love story between Milori and Clarion, however briefly it was explored. So when I found out there was a book all about their story, I bought it IMMEDIATELY.I’m happy to say this book was an absolute delight. I devoured it in two days and my only complaint is that I can’t have an entire series about Clarion and Milori 🤣 I could have read 1,000 more pages of this. It’s the first time in a long time reading felt the way it used to feel when I was a kid: like I lost myself entirely in a different world and couldn’t put the book down until it was done. It’s utterly enchanting, beautifully written, and surprisingly heart-wrenching. You won’t be disappointed!

My daughter and I decided to start a a book club for us and read all kinds of stories. This was our March book and I was very excited to read and then I learned about the origin of this story. And the ending and even so, I am so glad I read it. I loved Clarion so much. I loved her resilience and her strength, even with her insecurities and doubts. With her coronation just around the corner, the last thing anyone expected was the nightmares that were coming. The current queen is training and helping Clarion come into her own, but should she follow what someone sets out for her or what her heart wants.I loved how Clarion and Milori worked together, even with so much stacked against them. Their journey was not easy and the ending broke my heart, but I loved their story and was so happy I read it.Happy reading!

As soon as I heard about this book I was so excited. I always wondered what exactly happened with Lord Milori and Queen Clarions story. Oh my gosh literal sob fest, beautifully written, will read a hundred times over. The heart and soul behind these characters is built on duty, love, and honor. It has action, romance, and humor. It's a rollercoaster of emotion and I literally read it within a day. If I could give it more stars I would. You will not be disappointed I highly encourage everyone to give it a read. (Also I cried at three different points in this book including finishing it, so grab the tissues ahead of time. Just fair warning. 😅)

Quite possibly the most cozy and sweetest book I’ve ever read. I grew up watching all the tinkerbell movies and this book READS exactly like a new installment would. I can easily envision the characters as if it were actually a real film. The book was honestly so perfect and captures the romance between Clarion and Milori perfectly. I wouldn’t have imagined it any other way. It was gut wrenching by the ending but it gave me an excuse to immediately watch the secret of wings movie to watch their happy ending! It was beautiful read and so sweet to relieve a little slice of my childhood.Now I will say this book truly does read like a YA novel. But the same way you don’t take the tinkerbell >>childrens<< movies so seriously and just accept them for the magic they are , you will be satisfied. Do not expect to go into this expecting a high Romantasy read. I’m seeing too many booktok reviews critique it for that. If you liked the movies as a kid, it reads the same in the book. The romance was sweetly innocent and has so much deep yearning. I Enjoyed it so much. I highly recommend!

If you are a Tinkerbell fan, this book is a must-have! I have been a massive fan of Tinkerbell since I was a kid, especially the Secret of the Wings movie, so I was very excited when I heard about this book. This book does a fantastic job of building and describing Pixie Hollow; it truly felt like I was there. There were so many references to the Tinkerbell movies, which made it feel even more real. The overall plot was beautifully written and fit in so well in the Pixie Hollow world. Allison Saft did an amazing job giving Queen Clarion so much personality and developing her love story with Lord Milori; I was swooning over them the entire time. Her character development was so remarkable that she wasn't this perfect queen like she was portrayed in the movies, but a relatable character with struggles, vulnerabilities, and personal growth. I don't think there could have been a more perfect author to write such a perfect story, and I hope that she will consider continuing their story post-Wing of Starlight/Secret of the Wings because I would 100% buy a sequel after reading this.
