Great natural supplement for a good night's sleep without feeling groggy in the morning.
I was feeling stressed-out and worn-out -- and even though I was tired, I was often having a hard time falling asleep. This 5-HTP supplement really helped with that. If I take it before bedtime I get a great night's sleep and feel relaxed yet alert when the dang alarm goes off at 5:45 am. It doesn't give me that groggy feeling that melatonin sometimes does. It Really Works!
I started taking this product three weeks ago and I find that I’m less short with my husband and my patience has grown with my employees. Works Great
For me, it definitely helped to boost my mood especially on days when I'm running on very little sleep. Didn't improve my ability to focus though. It's a better alternative to other SSRIs like St. John's wort.

Didn't work for me
Didn't work for me at all. I even had nightmares the few days that I took these pills, and my appetite was not reduced. I looked like a zombie that week. (A very hungry zombie 🤨 )
