They are sturdy but not heavy and simple but not plain. These serve their purpose and I love to use them.

It’s the perfect tall mug.

For the price I expected better quality. The bottoms are rough and could damage furniture. I am keeping mine to use for just microwaving liquids.

I like larger porcelain mugs for coffee or tea. Stability and a good finish was my main interest. These mugs / cups were a nice surprise. Great quality and has a flawless finish.

They were too heavy & bulky.

I love a BIG cup of chai tea. This mug is perfect! It's thick and heavier than a regular size coffee mug which I also was looking for as I think it keeps the liquid hotter longer. It's a good buy!

Was looking for big mugs to make less trips from the desk to the pot and back. These are those. They are a little heavy, but can function as your dumbbell-caffeine-fix combo. You want big mugs? These are those. Enjoy the coffee... now if the bathroom was just closer :|

I was trying to sublimate a gift for my niece and one of the reviews said yes to sublimation. However these are not properly coated for sublimation use.

Nous ADORONS le grand format 20 oz de ces tasses. Nous avons 4 au total.Après 1 an d'utilisation, le beau blanc mat de l'extérieur, n'est plus si blanc... Il est tâché de bleu-vert par, il semble bien, le détergeant du lave-vaisselle. J'ai beaucoup de vaisselle blanche de toutes sorte de marques et il n'y a que ces tasses qui ont ce "problèmes".Notre Solution: nettoyer l'extérieur avec l'effaceur magique et tout part.Cependant, si c'était à refaire, je chercherais des tasses en céramique qui sont glacée. (fini non-mat)

My old venti Starbucks mug broke and I hated their new version, so I found these that are similar in design and feel. Nearly exactly to what they used to produce. It's large, dishwasher friendly and keeps my tea/ coffee hot for over 30 minutes so love it!!!

I drink a lot of tea (it's about all that I drink). This mug hasn't started staining - and tea can be sitting in it for hours (for clarity, it doesn't stay warm for hours). I like that it's microwave and dishwasher safe.

I have bought these before and I will again, I'm sure. After my cat destroyed one of mine, I didn't hesitate buying more.These are just great mugs! They hold my two morning cups of coffee perfectly in one go. They seem to be well-made with a nice thick wall, a smooth, matte finish that isn't too slippery and a handle that is "just right".On top of that, they shipped quickly and were packed very well. I highly recommend them.

So close to being a perfect mug. The mug itself is great. Good size, solid. For the size however the handle should be rounded so you could put your whole hand through it instead of tear drop shaped. It could have felt like a $30 Starbucks mug instead the handle feels like I made it in pottery class. Still a good mug though.
