BehringerXenyx X1003B Premium Analog Mixer with 5 Mic Preamps and Optional Battery Operation

Playing at a weekly street market event with no AC power available. I used this to mix our vocals and then ran that into a JBL Eon One Pro rechargeable line array system. The preamps on the mixer added extra boost that the JBL alone could not, plus added more channels overall. I took advantage of the battery power option (2 9volt batteries). Battery life was good giving me at least 4 hours (I changed them after every 2 gigs just to be safe}. You do need a small Phillips head screw driver to open the battery compartment though, which is a little bit inconvenient, otherwise very happy with this purchase. Great value.

The media could not be loaded. Except for color and the repositioning of a couple of knobs, this is the same as the previous model edition. I have both: the 1002B and now this new one the 1003B. Both are still battery operated using 3 9V batteries. One update on the new one is it no longer requires a heavy large transformer type power supply, but it does still requires a 110V wall plug. The slider are slightly larger than the original edition but still there is no Bluetooth connectivity with this new model. And as importantly, price point: it is still selling for the same amount as the original did. This is a very handy mixer for solo or duets for use when ready ac power is unavailable.
