Soviet research
Have used many of the different types. It is the result of the soviets trying to make the super man. I found it clearly stating take a course of 60 capsules over 30 days. Then follow up in about six months. I had needles stuck up my arse twice because my PSA kept going up, for the females out there and young men that is a prostate test. After the one month course my score on the PSA went from 700's to 300's. My wife took the one for the eyes Visuluten and threw away her reading glasses during the day time. They seem to regenerate the specific organ or stimulate it to improve. It is possible to do afollowup with one box every year after the first month at two a day. But that depends on your needs. I find that the follow up depends on which organ the peptide is for and would be different for you. I have been using for over six years. I,m waiting for the heart one.

When You Don't Know, What You Don't Know
you have to take a leap of faith, or walkaway. I'm taking a leap of faith with this. After a quick search through pubmed and a few other legitimate sites it does not immediately appear that peptides, used in this manner, are in mainstream use or even have a significant searchable history of testing, effacacy, dosages, side effects, that's not more than about an inch deep. But still, desparate times call for desparate measures. Then there's the cost which is not in any way shape or form, "great". At $2.65 per pill per day I might be able to live with that given the insert says to take these for a month and then repeat in 4 to 6 months. (Note, does that mean you stop after the next dose or should that read repeat ever 4 to 6 months?)The insert dosage instructions are to take 1 to 2 capsules, 1 to 2 times per day. The dosage range is 1 to 4 capsules a day. That's a wide dosage range with no instructions on how to proceed or under what cirumstances. Does someone with light memory or cognitive problems start with 1 capsule a day? If they don't see an improvement how much do they increase the dosage. Does someone with a significant issue (alzheimer's) start with the maxium dose? There are no written guidelines so it's left up to the person taking these to guess. If they don't have a "supplement" friendly (and knowledgeable) doctor or healthcare professional they can talk to then they are on their own. Then there are the instructions: Duration of application is one month. At the minimum 1 capsule a day, the 20 capsule package will not cover a month. A second package must be purchased to cover a full month leaving10 left over. I don't know of any other supplement that is packaged this way. Most people base their intake of supplements on a 30 day cycle and most supplement packaging is based on that. The insert does state they make this is 20 and 60 count packages. I haven't looked yet to see if Amazon is selling a 60 count package yet.The one piece of good news in this is that unlike most other supplements this one does not suggest you take it every month. In fact, it suggests that you repeat a course in 4 to 6 months. The product has a 5 year shelf life from date of production which is printed on the box. I received mine on 8/30/2018 and the production date was 1/2018. So, if you have to buy multiple packs to use over a couple of years there should not be an issue with it expiring.I'm taking this because I have had sleep apnea for over 10 years and extreme drowsiness during the day even after sleeping 8+ hours. I'm on prescription medications for this but even that does not solve the problem. So, as I'd said earlier, desparate times...Side note, and fair warning to animal lovers. The insert starts off by saying the peptide complex is "obtained from the brains of small animals". It does not say what small animals or how it's harvested. Since this is a translation I don't know if this means small as in "little" or small as in "young". Not judging, just saying. These arrived last night and I took one before bed (with food). I rarely dream and I rarely remember them. I have no idea if this capsule was the cause but I had 4 separate dreams that were mostly coherent, although odd, Nothing scary. All but the last has pretty much faded. With the last one I still remember the "theme" and several of the scenes very clearly.I'm giving this 2 stars - 1 for an insert that provide "some" basic information, 2 for arriving on time.I'm deducting 1 star for the lack of decent dosage instructionsI'm deducting 1 star for packaging it in 20 packs instead of 30 packs.I'm deducting 1 star for cost. This may be very expensive to make in Russia but there doesn't appear to be much in the way of competitition (that I've found so far) to compare pricing. It feels more like a monpoly performing some price gouging. I'll revise if proven wrong.I'm de
