I purchased this at the end of 2014 and for all the folks who dare to utter a phrase similar to this... Dr. H has done an amazing job of sharing his knowledge, experience and love for what he does. This book is not only educational but it teach us how to understand our bodies in so many levels!! The chapters are easy to follow and very informational. Love this book =)
