This pillow has lots to love. The cover was luxurious, the adjustable filling allowed for personalization, and the material is good for my health and the environment. The kapok was too firm for me. The company’s customer service was incredibly helpful and exchanged this model for the one with microfiber. It is less firm and more comfortable for me. Their quick/kind/helpful attention made me feel so cared for after a year of chronic neck pain.

Ok i like how its adjustable but there is a big problem with this pillow. It stinks. I bought it for my boyfriend n his head after sleeping on it smells like rubber. The pillow will always smell like rubber. Dont waste your money on a stinky pillow

This pillow deserves ten stars! I was hesitant because of the cost but I’m so glad I bought it. It’s comfortable, adjustable, and doesn’t get hot at night. I have chemical sensitivity and the pillow has been a lifesaver for me.

Without a doubt the best pillow I've ever used. In fact, it is so good that I'd spend double the amount of money for it, because I think this pillow may last my entire lifetime.This pillow replaced a different shredded latex pillow that I used for 5 years and loved, but it did finally start flattening out. Since I have been switching to all natural and organic bedding, I wanted to find a natural shredded latex pillow that also had an organic cover. While the price seemed steep for a pillow, I took a chance and glad I did.The organic cotton cover is super soft and has a small zipper on one side for removing some of the latex to reach your desired loftiness. It comes with a high loft for people who prefer that. If you're like me and prefer a medium loft, simply unzip the cover and take out some of the latex. Be sure to keep it in a big ziploc bag if you ever want to add it back to the pillow. It can potentially get a little messy, so be careful where you do this.The shredded latex and kapok are a size that makes it virtually unnoticed while your head is resting on the pillow. The pillow feels extremely smooth. Not only is it smooth, it is also very soft and supportive at the same time. You'd have a hard time finding a pillow that is as comfortable as this one.I loved my previous shredded latex pillow from a different brand for many years, but this pillow blows that one away in every category other than list price. However, if we factor in years of use, I think this one will come out cheaper in the long run, because I don't think I'll ever have to replace this one because of how much latex filling it comes with.If you can afford it, do not hesitate to purchase this pillow. Your sleep comfort is worth it.

I have tried many different types of pillows....down pillows, cervical pillows, memory foam pillows but this pillow is the best for me. I like that is adjustable by removing some of the stuffing. The combination of latex and kapok makes it moldable. I am a small person so some pillows are too high for me. I have had some neck issues causing numbness in my arms at night and this pillow definitely helped to alleviate the numbness. I find that I toss and turn less at night and I sleep great.

Not enough fill and little support. Was uncomfortable laying on it almost immediately. No where close to the comfort or support of my bamboo pillow that costs half as much and is still going strong after a year.

I only purchased this item because the listing said the cover was 100% organic cotton. I did not know the pillow now has a polyester detail along the edges. I would definitely not have purchased.

Very comfortable pillow. I love that it's fully adjustable a made of all natural materials with no added chemicals. There are similar products that cost a bit less, but they are not made from all natural materials. If that's important to you, this is the pillow for you.
