My husband and I are over 60 and wanted to boost our energy and longevity. Won’t know about the latter for awhile, but we both feel a boost in our ability to keep up with the grandchildren since we started taking this. It can be tough chasing 2-3 year olds, but this may be what’s making it a bit easier as of late.

The little burst of energy this causes at the cellular level will keep you tossing and turning if you take your handful of supplements at night before bed. Not in a super bad way, just something to keep in mind. I’ve read nothing but amazing things about this cofactor, all the benefits are worth taking it. I even want to do the IV therapy as well. I do recommend.

I've been using Renue By Science's NMN (powder) ever since I heard it mentioned on the Huberman podcast. I take a scoop of that first thing in the morning under my tongue and I find my energy is high before I even have my coffee. It's a nice feeling and not jittery or anything.When I saw Renue was offering this enteric-coated NR 1000 capsule I wanted to try it. There are conflicting reports on whether the powder I take under my tongue gets full absorption and whether I get the full benefit of it. I like the idea of taking something that is enteric-coated that I can digest easily.Looking at the ingredients, this is basically what Tru Niagen sells for almost double the price. Knowing the quality of the Renue products, I trust I'm getting the same thing without all the marketing hype.It's difficult for me to quantify if this is working since I'm already on NMN but adding this to the powder I take under my tongue has not caused any strange side effects. I've had no gastrointestinal discomfort from taking this. My energy feels good. My sleep is on point. I think there's merit to taking 2 forms of this as we know NAD levels decrease as we age.If you're deciding between this and that other brand I would give Renue a try and not pay for the marketing.

Accidentally took two capsules from the bottle. But... Why does one look like this and the other look like that? They're from the same bottle?

As I get older, I am looking for more ways to increase my energy, stamina and, anything really, to help me feel some semblance of who I was 10 years ago. I have recently gotten into taking NAD+ boosting supplements and I feel like they have been helping me. I feel like my energy level has improved. I had just run out of my other supplement so I wanted to give this one a try because it was a little bit different. This one is Nicotinamide riboside chloride. My previous supplement was NMN. I thought this one might work a bit differently since it was addressing the NAD+ target from a separate angle. I like to try out different things until I figure out what works for me and so far this is working just as well as my previous supplement, although its only been a few days. Perhaps I will have more dramatic effects after more time has passed. I really like the fact that these capsules are acid-resistant so the contents are spared while passing through the stomach. There are 60 capsules in the bottle, the dose is 2 capsules daily. They are easy to swallow. They also provide a COA for purity (very recent dates). There is no COA provided for contaminants. The price seems right for these types of supplements, they tend to be at a premium price point.

I've been using NMN, NAD+ and other related products for a couple years now, since reading about them in an article in the NY Times about Dr. David Sinclair. This is the first time I've used NR, but I view it as closely matching the forgoing, as it's a precursor that is supposed to boost NAD levels. Despite switching from the other types of supplements, I have not felt a decrease in energy at all. I take these with resveratrol, FWIW.The capsules themselves are norman sized, tasteless, and easy to swallow. They are enteric coated, which to me means that I don't burp up any unwanted tastes after the fact, but the coating is also supposed to help the NR get where the body can use it best.Two of these capsules give 1000 mg of NR, which is a bit higher than many studies, where the dose is 3-500 mg. So I started at two capsules a day, but I've dropped to one capsule without a noticable change. Worth considering given that 60 capsules here cost around $50. If I start to feel less energy, I'll up the dose, but for now, things are great. Recommended.

It is a quite good supplement for general health benefits that help me lower my inflammation level of my body. It is a high quality Nicotinamide Riboside supplement. 4 stars.
