I rarely leave reviews, but I had to for this one. I got the Harymor Bird Feeder Camera for my daughter for Christmas, and we both are absolutely loving it—it’s been such fun watching and identifying birds from our porch.PRO TIP: Make SURE to get the app!!! We didn't do it in the beginning and got some footage but the app is so worth it. My daughter and i can share it and see the same birds.The camera captures amazing photos of every bird that visits, and we’ve now enjoyed watching 11 different species—including one persistent little House Finch who’s visited 113 times! He’s clearly a fan. We love that the system tracks visits and identifies each bird automatically. It’s a bird lover’s dream.Unfortunately, squirrels chewed through the wired connection recently. My daughter reached out to customer support to see if we could buy a new cord, and we were honestly blown away. Yilia from the support team responded promptly and kindly, and she didn’t just help—she went above and beyond. She offered to send a whole new replacement feeder and camera set with priority shipping at no cost—and told us to keep the original. That kind of customer service is almost unheard of these days.If you're on the fence about this bird feeder camera, don’t be. The product is fantastic, and the company truly stands behind it. I bought this for my mom recently. It’s really nice with some cool features. Expect some Bluetooth setup, create accounts and a new app. All is pretty straightforward. Lots of steps, but the instructions are good. I mounted to a tree and used both solar panels, since it’s in the shade, and it works fine.What I didn’t expect was the membership fee for AI recognition of bird types. Seems like an option, but if you’re getting this go ahead and sign up. It’s really cool. Mom texts me these really cool bird videos, and I couldn’t be more happy with the product.

This product is easy to set up and position. The battery and solar panel on roof and by separate panel provide enough power to keep the product running for a extended time without recharge. The bird seed bin is also robust and does not need to be refilled often. The bird recognition system is very good. The phone app is excellent.What makes this bird feeder really stand out is the outstanding customer support. I accessed support with questions regarding installation and then later about an issue with the solar panel cord. Yilia, the support agent, provided really prompt and effective support.After installation, it became clear that this bird feeder also doubles as an effect home security device. The movement detection and robust identification system makes it an excellent back yard security system. You are immediately informed of movement by people and or pets which comes through to your phone in real time.

Let me just say, I love this bird feeder! It is so much fun to review the videos of the birds that visit the feeder and it’s a bonus that the camera also identifies the bird and how many times it visited. We did have a small problem when the wire from solar panel to battery was destroyed by a raccoon, but when we contacted customer service, Yilia was very pleasant to deal with and promptly solved our problem. I would highly recommend this product for all bird watchers.

This bird feeder has brought so much joy to our household, and we are able to watch as the seasons change, and so do the birds! It has seen some pretty nasty storms recently, and we have not had any issues with it through wind, rain, hail, etc. It was easy to set up, but we did have to make sure that the location we placed it had access to the indoor wifi. (I would say this was one downfall). We also notice that the AI bird recognition feature is not very accurate, and will label the same bird very differently sometimes. Other than that this house is wonderful and we enjoy being able to watch our birds eat and play. We have even caught a few squirrels on it! It is easy to fill and clean! We also really enjoy the solar panel feature so that we are not changing batteries constantly or having to take the entire house down for it to charge!

I bought this as a gift for my parents for Christmas 2024 after my mom saw something similar at an auction at my workplace where employees could bid on products to enter a chance to win that product. We didnt win, but I knew my parents loved birds and all things outdoors and since they are both retired now, I knew I had to get them one anyway. After lots of research and comparisons, I decided on this one. My parents are the type to sit outside in their backyard with binoculars when it's nice out just to watch the birds so I thought this would be the perfect gift. They loved it so much! It was a bit of a process to set up but once it was up and running, they were so excited about it and really enjoyed it.At one point sadly, I think they said it was a silly raccoon, had helped himself to the bird feeder one day and broke the perch off. So my dad contacted customer service to see if they could send a replacement perch since he couldn't find them sold separately. The customer service person he spoke to was super kind, I believe their name is Zilia. They were sending him a new one free of charge. We were just expecting them to send the new perch part but instead they sent us a whole new unit! That customer service alone deserves 5 stars!THANK YOU ZILIA!! For your exceptional customet service and making sure my parents have a great, functioning bird feeder camera. They're so happy with it, so that makes me happy too. I'd happily recommend this product and company again and again. Thank you again!

This has been the best purchase I have ever made. It started slow, but now I average over 180 visits a day from all different varieties of birds. It is used so much, I had to run a power cord into my garage to the camera, the solar panel could not keep up with the volume of birds. I love this feeder so much, thank you!!
