I bought these for running, and I've worn them a dozen times now. They are quite comfortable and fit me exactly as they're described - just above the knee. They're roomy enough that I have full freedom of movement while running without being baggy. These shorts also don't have that built-in underwear that many others do, which for me is a plus.These shorts are well made. The stitching is excellent and it is immediately obvious that the materials they're are made of are sturdy. They're also light and breathe nicely. I expect that they will last a long time.The waist is adjustable with a drawstring, and it also has an elastic band that ensures a snug but very comfortable fit.The big selling feature for me with these shorts is the fact that they have pockets, something that is weirdly absent from every other pair of running shorts I've ever owned and that I've wished my other pairs had. The pockets on these shorts are large enough for things in that you might want to bring with you, like your phone, an iPod or a slim wallet. The zippers that open and close them have a high quality feel and have been well laid so that they zip and unzip easily without snagging.I would definitely say these shorts are great value for the money and I will definitely be buying more of them.

I bought these shorts with the intention of running a half marathon in them and they didn’t let me down. I was planning all along to run in tracksuit bottoms, but decided with just a week to go that I’d take a chance on buying a pair of shorts to run in. Luckily these shorts were exactly what I wanted. They stayed snug around my waist and I didn’t need to ever concern myself with them needing pulling back up or tightening.They were nice and light to run in, and the zipped pockets were big enough for me to keep my mobile phone and caffeine chews in as I ran. Simply put, they were perfect for me.

Used for home training and generally knocking about.They are very comfortable and look good.Sizing (M for me) is fine and no issues with the pockets (but then I don't use the pockets).BUTThey have a peculiar waistband - front half is corded, back half is a 2" elasticated panel.The elastic has completely given up the ghost in a very short time.They're still good enough for what I need but I shall not be buying another pair.

I use these for tennis and so the pockets are good. Lightweight material that washes easily and dries quickly. They are a bit on the snug side (which I prefer to baggy shorts) but suggest you go up a size if you are unsure about fit

These feel like quality shorts and they wash well. Good value for money

Working our or walking around, these are perfect. I have several pair and prefer black.Hand them up right from the washer. (NO DRYER!) They dry overnight. Handy for any trip for that reason. Buy them!
