2 months supply of choline and alpha GPC
Pure Nootropics is a bottle of 60 vegetarian capsules each containing 200 mg of choline in 100 mg of alpha GPC. At the recommended dose of capsule per day this is a two-month supply. The manufacturer States that this Colleen complex provides cognitive support and brain and muscle support. I have only taken this product for a short time so it is too early to see any benefits. The product is well packaged and all the capsules are intact.

Easy to take
I have just started using these after finishing up another very similar daily complex I have been using for memory and focus. I feel very much the same so far, so I would say that they probably work well...before I started using anything at all, I did have some trouble focusing and dealing with brain fog. The fact that I haven't regressed when switching products (with similar active ingredients), indicates the ingredients themselves are helpful to me. These are easy to take, with no aftertaste like I did get with the other one...that wierd taste that lingers long after taking certain vitamins, so I definitely like these better for that alone.

Arrived With 2 Different Product Labels On Bottle
This bottle of "Pure Nootropics - Optimal Choline Complex - Alpha GPC/CDP Citicoline Blend - 300 mg" capsules arrived with TWO product labels stuck to it (see photo). I peeled back the top label and it appears the label was only changed because Dicalcium Phosphate Dihydrate was added to Other Ingredients while Vegetable Stearate was removed. I didn't notice any other label changes.Interestingly, the first label on the bottle already had an Amazon product identification label applied (see photo). So it appears the new label was applied after the bottle was already in Amazon inventory if that matters to you. I'm fine with it because the primary ingredients didn't change.I've tried many of these brain and focus supplements over the past 2 years and I need to feel a difference within an hour or so or I'm done with it. I usually find success with supplements containing L-Theanine, Bacopa, and Huperzine-A. If it contains all 3, then it's like premium gas for me. But we're all different, so YMMV.This is my first try of capsules that focus solely on Choline. I took one this morning with a cup of coffee. I usually don't mix coffee with a new brain/focus supplement. But this particular coffee brand has about 50 mg of caffeine per cup, which is mild for me.Within 30 minutes, I started checking off items that had been on my To-Do list for a few days, which is a big plus in my book. When I came to this product page to write my review, I noticed other Choline-specific supplements with more Citicoline and/or Alpha GPC than the Serving Size of one of these capsules. You probably already know this if you regularly take a Choline supplement. Since I'm new, I don't know if more is better with Choline supplements.I did weigh them, as I now weigh most of my new supplements. Ten of these funky-looking capsules weigh 5.0 grams, meaning one weighs 500 mg. Since the primary ingredients in a capsule total 300 mg, it's not unusual for the other 200 mg to be fillers and the capsule weight.I haven't noticed any stomach upset or other negative effects. Tomorrow I will take one of these in the morning without coffee to see if there's any difference. But I'm now entering my 4th hour of getting things done, and 50 mg of caffeine gave up a long time ago.So I'm happy with my initial experience of taking just one of these Choline capsules. I also like that the company noticed something in Other Ingredients on their product label needed correcting after sending inventory to Amazon. Then they took the steps necessary to get the correct bottle label applied before shipment. Many companies wouldn't even bother with that.

Easy to identify and take
"Pure Nootropics - Optimal Choline Complex - Alpha GPC/CDP Citicoline Blend - 300 mg"I have to be careful, as it seems any time I mention something beneficial about a supplement, Amazon rejects my review and makes me re-write it. So I'll try to be creative while still getting my point across.I have something named close to the rock band AC/DC, and take what sounds close to smatterall for that.Despite taking that, I still have trouble convincing myself to get started doing tasks. (Once I get started I'm fine; it's the actual getting on-task that's the problem.)I've tried a LOT of supplements and normally they aren't worth the effort to even sort them into my weekly vitamin container, much less the money I spent on them. This one is different - for ME, anyway.*Two weeks ago I started taking one of these citocoline supplements in the morning with my other morning stuff mentioned above, and on an empty stomach.I have definitely noticed an improvement in getting on-task. It's a sense of "Okay, let's fire this up and knock it out" rather than the normal "Ugh...I've got 3,000 things to do and I can't even decide which one to do first...I'll pick one after I watch this YouTube video..." mindset. From what I can tell by looking at reputable sources, one capsule of this is only about half of what I (as a middle-age woman) need, but one hard-boiled egg can almost make up the difference. The capsules themselves are a dark jade green, which makes them easy to identify, and they're 0.75" long and rather skinny, so they're easy to take. No taste, no smell.I haven't experienced any negative effects from taking them. (I do think I'm going to start taking them with something fatty in the morning like yogurt, to see if that makes them work even better.)As for the value...I do think these are too pricey, seeing as there are other offerings here on Amazon with higher dosages and lower prices.*Since each of us is basically a unique chemical cocktail walking around in a skin suit, your mileage may vary.
