I used this during a 6 week stay in hospital and I think it helped to keep me sane. It's nice and comfortable and does a great job of blocking out the light. I used it during the day when there's nothing to do and it really helps to keep you relaxed, even if you don't want to sleep. At night it was great if you wanted to get to sleep before the allotted ' lights out' time.It came with ear plugs which are just your average foam plugs, but handy that they come in different sizes.I found the eye mask was far more effective at keeping me relaxed than using the ear plugs to block out sound.

UPDATE: After only a few months of use, the lining is coming away from the foam so I need to buy a replacement. Would not say this lasted long enough!Hmm mixed feelings. I like how the fabric feels, nice texture and feels pleasant against the skin. Blocks out the light well for me and is nicely adjustable on the strap so you can have it tighter or looser. However I do find the nosepiece quite uncomfortable. Try as I might to adjust it as the fabric is supposedly moldable, it always feels like it's pressing on my nose as the fabric isn't that pliant (it is foam but it's pre-formed so it just springs back). However it was a good price and is nicer on the eyes than my cheaper mask, as it doesn't push in a specific spot but spreads it more evenly. All in all not bad, but some room for improvement - probably varies depending on the shape of your face!

From a comfort perspective, this mask is excellent. It blocks out a large majority of the light (not all), and it fits around the face nicely. But I must knock 2 stars off due to the fact that the colour runs and leaves black stains on pillows that do not come out in the wash. For that reason, I'd say it was great to use for sleeping on planes, but be aware when using in the home.

As other reviewers have pointed out, there is a little light leakage around the bottom of the nose molding. It does not let the bottom of the mask sit tight against my cheeks, but is only slight. Some of this might be the problem of trying to make a generic device to fit a non generic target audience.I suffer quite badly from light disturbing my sleep, so as soon as the dawn arrives, I am awake and shattered. I have blackout curtains, but will need to spend more money to stop all light creeping in, such as a cassette blind. A cheaper solution was the eye mask. I was going to see if I could bend or change the molding to better fit, but when in use, I realized that with my eyes shut, the light leakage was not enough to affect the feeling of being in a total blackout.I have used other mask's before, but just the material type. These feel unnatural due to pressing on your eyelids and as such are not comfortable and cause a distraction to sleep. The molding keeps this mask off your eyes completely and is comfortable as a result, you can open and close your eyes and not feel the mask at all. I also like the Velcro adjustable elastic headband which allows you to make it fit secure without the need for too much pressure.Just bought extra one as a spare, but my daughter stole it, so will have to buy another.

Ordered two masks, one for my wife and I. Within 8 weeks all the stitching has come undone on one mask and both masks have stained bedding with a black dye and had to be replaced as it would come out. The strap that holds the mask in place, whilst adjustable is enormous and the mask tends to come off at night. It doesn’t totally black out and leaves light between the cheek and mask due to nose piece. Won’t buy again.

Arrived on time. Packaged well. Comes with 2 pairs of ear plugs which I haven't tried as I don't need those.I have fibromyalgia and any pressure on my skin can be extremely painful. Wore this mask last night, and after a couple of adjustments of the Velcro straps, I found it extremely comfortable.Pros: Velcro straps, (not all round elasticated), so easy to adjust to size.Room enough to open eyes whilst wearing, with no discomfort.Moulded nose means no pressure or lines across the nose.Lightweight and smooth, no heavy seams, rough edges or other bad finishing.Cons: Velcro did get caught in my hair once while adjusting, but the alternative (elastic straps) is not for me, and once I realised about the Velcro it was easy enough to angle away from hair.Slight light leakage at the bottom of the mask, but you have to look hard to see it.Overall a solid 5 stars. Would recommend to anyone.

Don't get me wrong this mask has been great . Comfortable , cutting out most of the light and aiding sleep. It's only as I threw it away today due to the lining coming out and now being irritable on the skin that i checked the date and realised I've only had it for less than two months , I had my last from a high street chemist for about a year . £9.99 seems pricey for a disposable item

I love this item, I work alot of night shifts and up until now I have really struggled to sleep in the day, this eye mask is very comfortable to wear it doesn't touch my eyes at all I can still open my eyes without my eyelashes touching the mask which is great. I love the adjustable strap even though it is some sort of velcro it doesn't get caught in my hair. The mask blocks out all of the light so no matter how sunny it is I can still sleep in darkness.

Finalmente riesco a dormire! La mascherina aderisce perfettamente al viso e la chiusura dietro la testa è comodissima. Non entra un filo di luce. Come non averla!

Despues de probarlo durante un mes, estoy muy satisfecho con este antifaz. Al tener la zona de los ojos ligeramente concava, no da agobio y permite incluso pestañear con el antifaz puesto. La goma con velcro que lo sujeta a la cabeza es muy comoda y no se nota ningun tipo de presion molesta. En cuanto al tema de adaptacion a la nariz, es verdad que cada uno es un mundo y dependiendo de tu fisonomia, habra gente que pueda que le filtre algo de luz por la parte inferión del puente de la nariz (por cierto, esa luz solo se ve si abres los ojos), por lo que considero que es un antifaz con un diseño muy correcto y que cumple perfectamente su cometido.

Ich bin mit der Schlafmaske sehr zufrieden. Sie dichtet so gut ab, dass kein Licht mehr hindurch scheint.Sie ist auch für unterwegs gut geeignet. Das Material ist keineswegs störend auf der Haut. Auf meinem Gesicht fühle ich keinen Druck. Auch mein Freund empfindet sie als bequem und sehr praktisch. Wer bei längeren Zugfahrten oder Flugreisen zwischendurch einfach mal ruhen möchte, wird mit der Schlafmaske viel Freude haben. Sie schirmt ab vor Sonnen- wie auch Kunstlicht (Leuchtstoffröhren, Glühlampen).Auch vom Design her, gefällt mir die Schlafmaske sehr gut. Die Ohrenstöpsel nutzte ich nachts durchschlafen zu können. Ich nahm weder das Schnarchen meines Freundes wahr, noch das Herumgetobe meiner Katzen.Für jene, die sich einfach mal von der Umwelt abschirmen wollen, kann ich die Schlafmaske weiter empfehlen.

Si vous avez du mal à dormir, achetez ce masque! C'est le second que j'ai acheté . J'ai acheté celui-ci pour mon fils qui doit régulièrement prendre de la mélatonine pour l'aider à dormir, sinon il est allongé au lit pendant des heures. Depuis l'achat de ce masque, il s'endort en moins de 30 minutes !!! Je suis tellement excitée pour lui, je souhaite seulement que j'avais connu vu ce masque avant la fin de l'école. Il m'a dit que quand tout devient si sombre, il endort son cerveau. Il a utilisé d'autres masques de sommeil dans le passé et ils n'ont pas tous fait le travail comme celui-ci. Celui-ci se serre autour de ses yeux, sans se presser dans ses yeux. Donc c'est vraiment confortable. Mon fils a aussi des cheveux bouclés (des tonnes) et la fermeture velcro pour le masque ne se coince pas non plus dans ses cheveux, et croyez-moi, il était très inquiet à ce sujet! Mon fils est également autiste, et peut être difficile sur ce qu'il porte contre sa peau, il n'a eu aucune plainte et aime son masque. Et pour s'assurer de ne pas perdre son masque chaque jour, il défait la sangle velcro et met la sangle autour du poteau sur son lit.
