Peace of mind.. These are easy to install and I am so pleased with them. Having had my garage and shed broken into I can now sleep. I probably will order more for house doors.

This has been very useful for us as we spend most of the summer months in our back garden. We have fairly noisy neighbours and it's almost impossible to hear if someone would to enter your home without your knowledge.Not only will it tell us if someone's opened/tries opening the front door but the chime is really loud and it's perfectly loud for the back garden.I've had issues with some delivery drivers just opening the door if I'm not answering the knock within five seconds and, as we have pents, they're straight out the door and out in the street if the door is opened. I've had a few arguments with these drivers and they're blaming stress for wanting to just drop the parcels.I don't know about you but I don't want a complete stranger opening my front door. So this has been brilliant for that. Whoever opens the door is quickly deterred by the sound of this and they soon back off.

Brilliant just what I was looking for. We have a toddler, and older children who are complacent about shutting the front door - it leads onto the main road. Now they can’t say “oh I thought I shut it” we’ve installed one on the back gate too, not sure how long that will last with being open to the elements.Still not sure how to change the melodies for each individual alarm. I’ll keep trying!!

Easy to install and use. Add extra security to the home or ideal for sheds and garages. Item arrived very well packed, so excellent start, perfect size and more important top quality looks and feels great , for the price can’t fault it, 10 out of 10 from me very happy indeed and would purchase again 👍

The media could not be loaded.  The door/window sensor alarm kit comes with 2 sensors and one receiver (all white), fixing accessories and installation instructions.The alarm is pretty easy to set up but it did take me longer to change the chime for each individual sensor. Once set up, instillation is straightforward.The receiver plugs into a standard plug socket. It has 3 modes: flashing light only, alarm sound only or flashing light and alarm sound. I’ve set mine to the latter. The alarm volume can be adjusted and the highest volume is surprisingly loud.A good product and reasonable value for money (£25.99 at the time of writing my review).Thank you for taking the time to read my review. Great range of uses, i use this on my back gate and it's fantastic, great range an very loud, i love the fact the plug in unit is portable so i can move it around with me.Very well made and very discrete, once you order this set you will be soon ordering more.Has withstood extreme high temperatures, high winds and torrential rain.Great security option at a 1/4 of the price and you will hear the tune you choose as it is very loud

It’s an ice idea and does work mostly. I like the fact that the sensor has a trigger on both sides so you can fit the magnet either side. You also get a spare magnet per sensor along with the requisite sticky pads and screws. The pictures show a few different usage scenarios for monitoring toddlers. Only problem here is that you can very easily turn off the sensor by touching it for a few seconds -something that can easily be done accidentally or on purpose and this disables the sensor. I suppose on the other hand this is a bit of a plus if you don’t want to monitor the door at certain times of the day.

The media could not be loaded.  I use this product on the room where my son’s video gaming setup lives…so I know if he tries to sneak in there when it’s not “gaming time.” IT WORKS MAGICALLY!! We live in an old farmhouse so I was worried if the sensor unit would be able to be installed properly with the old door frames, but it works perfectly no issues. I have one receiver upstairs in my bedroom and one downstairs and they both always go off immediately when the door is ajar. I followed the instructions for pairing but they came already set up and ready to go! I love this unit and am even thinking of getting another set for other uses!

I picked this up as an alert for my toddlers door as he recently was moved into his own room, and I wanted to be aware if he managed to open his door at night. This gets the job done, but only has one blaring siren sound, which is pretty unpleasant to wake up to at night. That said, it does what it intended to do, so I can't fault it for that. Overall, I'm happy with this solution, I just wish it had more configurable options.

The media could not be loaded.  You can choose between lights, sound, or both. Unfortunately it only has one sound, a blaring alarm, and it is quite loud on the lowest setting. You can listen to the other tones but you cannot change the tone. 3 stars because the flashing light is nice, but it only has one ringtone.

This door/window alarm is simple to set up and very loud. To get started, open the large alarm sensors and make sure the switch inside the ones you want to use is set to "on." If you are only using one sensor, make sure to set the switch on the other to "off" or the alarm will sound continuously. To arm the sensors, place the large sensor on the frame of a door or window. The set comes with mounting equipment to secure the sensors. Next, attach the small magnetic bar to the main body of the door or window. Make sure the bar lines up with the long side of the sensor. I attached these instructions to my review because I had trouble setting up the alarm when it first arrived. After you install the sensors, you are good to go. The alarm itself contains multiple volume levels ranging from very loud to silent while flashing colors on its built in LED. The alarm also has multiple sound options ranging from a traditional siren alarm to a more discrete dog bark. The only downside to this product is that the sensors contain batteries which must be replaced eventually. However, I have used mine for a month with no issue. Overall, I believe this is a solid value for an alarm. The whole set is less than $30 and with it you can secure two entrances with a highly configurable alarm.

We got this for our granddaughter who has figured out how to open the exterior doors. It is obviously not a substitute for paying attention to your children, but it is a nice backup so you know when your door opens. I don't know about the range, our house is not 600 feet wide, but it works in a normal sized house.I can't comment on how long it'll continue to work, only time will tell, but it works as designed.It comes with double stick tape, so you don't have to put holes in your door frame, but it would be nice if it came with the removable tape like the 3M command hooks use, so when you're done using them there want be any residue left behind.
