When I got this I was over the moon but as soon as I tried to set it up it got as far as press to accept, it then has a pop up saying Android set up has stopped working. I tried everything I could think of, not selecting some or all of the options offered. I re-set it loads of times but was unable to get past the pop up. Having got the hump with it I gave up and read the basic booklet yet again, under the heading " must read before use" there was a suggestion that if the SD card won't work please contact us so I thought I would contact them on the email address on the front cover. I explained that while trying to set the player up I can't get past the pop up. This morning I got a reply telling me to SKIP the WIFI connection option, this can be connected later. WAY HAY it set up in no time at all and I then went into the settings menu and connected the WIFI. From then on I have been listening to music. The player is easy to operate even for a non techy like me. The built in speaker sounds like the small speaker that it is, but being a Bluetooth item all you need to do is pair it to a decent Bluetooth speaker or player if you have one, if not it's ok as a portable music player. It has lot's of other functions that I haven't tried out yet apart from I tried out Google and it worked just as well as my iPhone 8 dose on Google. I am really pleased with this player now it's set up and the more I use it the more I like it. Once I figure out the other apps it's got I'm sure I will love playing with it.

Bought for my daughter but the device is 100% completely unusable.Every time I turn on or reboot the device it crashes during the Google account setup. However there is no way to skip this step so it is in a constant crash loop.Avoid at all costs as not cheap and the least you should expect is a working device.

The Fanvace multimedia device is a cool and modern take on an MP3 player. In reality this is actually a touchscreen multimedia device and it even has access to the play store. The downside is you have to setup a google account and access it via that.It does however play videos, stream content and do a lot more than an MP3 player, its a great device for those who don't want their kids to have a phone but still want them to be able to listen to music and stream content on the go.

After receiving this mp3 player I downloaded Apple Music as that is the streaming service I use for years, downloaded all my playlist, set it up just how I like it, next day morning I noticed the app disappeared without any trace. I downloaded again, went through the same process, put it down for about 10 minutes and the app disappeared again. Contacted seller, they told me that they will send me a file that I need to install. the did sent me that file, but I couldn't download in time sadly, I asked them to send it again, 3 months later still haven't received it. I wouldn't recommend the product nor buying anything for this seller.

A really nice compact media player that comes pre-loaded with lots of content to make it ready for use right out of the box.In addition to the installed content, this clever device will import your app settings from another device, like a mobile phone. This is absolutely fantastic, as you are able to mirror all of your favourite audio and video apps for a seamless setup. What is also great, with the exception of having to pay for some streaming apps/content, you don’t have any ongoing monthly fees that you would get with a mobile phone, so it is a very inexpensive way to get access to all of your entertainment.In addition to the multiple array of included apps, you can also import and store any locally stored music files into its library, so you can listen to or watch your files without the need for a WIFI/Bluetooth connection when you are travelling, which is particularly great if you are in an area where there is limited internet connection.Both the audio quality and video resolution (up to 1080 hd) on this player is actually very good and much better than I thought that it would be. The volume also has good range to suit all preferences. The only thing that this does not have is the ability to adjust equaliser settings. This can be achieved indirectly through music streaming apps to give a little control, but I do think that dedicated EQ settings would be more beneficial.The player has up to 512gb of storage (via external SD card), which is more than plenty to cater for even the biggest libraries.The player is very easy to use and you can conveniently scroll through menus and select apps using the efficient and user-friendly touch screen. It all works well and is responsive to touch, without there being any lag or freezing issues. The user-interface is simple to navigate for both older and younger uses, as everything is very intuitive.In terms of connectivity, you are able to pair the player to other android devices, Bluetooth headphones or like me to a large Bluetooth speaker, which is great, as you don’t have any hassle of having to use any cables. Should you prefer, there is also a headphone jack in order that you can use wired headphones.The player is very compact and lightweight and is great for taking with you on trips or holidays, as it barely takes up any space or weight in your luggage. Equally, if you have it in your pocket you hardly know you have it on you.Equally, for when you are using this on trips out or on your commute to work etc. there is a really large capacity internal rechargeable battery, which will give you up to 50 hours of playback on a single charge, more than enough to keep you entertained throughout the day without the need to top up the power.I think that this MP3 player is fantastic, it provides a massive amount of content to cater for all tastes of all ages. The player is also very reasonably priced for all that it does, making this an absolute bargain purchase.A fantastic value for money product, very easy to use, lightweight and compact and has lots of flexibility in its use. I would recommend this great little gadget.
