Updated review: My first pair quit working at about 10 weeks, so I was very disappointed because for those 10 weeks they sounded great and were my favorite headphones since I can't even remember. They fit well and were comfy, didn't make my inner ear sore after a few hours of use like most others do, and the sound balance and clarity is excellent. The company reached out immediately after I posted my frustrated review noting the headphones stopped working, and they offered to replace them at no cost. The new headphones arrived just two days later and work great, and I'm especially pleased at the fast and friendly service without even filing for a replacement -- Sunny was extremely helpful and knowledgable, and I appreciate how much the seller cared about making the customer feel happy with the product and also the experience.

Update on June 9, 2025 THIS company if the best. Let me tell ya, the device still doesn’t work with this 2024 Samsung TV BUT it’s NOT because of the company’s device. In addition to that they have the BEST customer service style I’ve experienced in all the years I’ve shopped with Amazon. Their beautiful product works with all the ALL the other items and I appreciate the company letting me keep the replacement. I GAVE five stars because the website doesn’t have SIX stars!Previous rating remarks: In the description on the Amazon website this product claims to allow Bluetooth connection with TV. I’ve followed the directions before powering up; I’ve done troubleshooting; I’ve reset the tv and this device doesn’t work…as described.

Arrived quickly and comes neatly packaged in its own little case. I remember a friend of mine having these once, so they seemed like a pretty decent choice. The cord around the back holding them together doesn't untangle very well and stays wrinkled from the initial packaging. Additionally, there was a very strong chemical smell from them for a couple of days even after I wiped them down, which kind of discouraged me from using them until they finished airing out. They're not the most comfortable for me since I have small ears and thus cannot wear a good majority of earbud-type headphones, but these sort of squeeze in or are else held up by the over ear pieces.My main complaint is that the volume is extremely limited, starting at Loud and going up to Deafening. You cannot use a volume slider with these, as they come with their own set ticks of volume, so if you have sensitive hearing, these are not for you. The sound quality is best when you can actually get the buds into your ears, but if they aren't snug, the quality is pretty meh.EDIT - Seller reached out for an upgraded replacement and/or refund offer, so I'm bumping this review up one star simply for customer service.

value for money is 10/10, not for small ears but i'm on a recumbent trike so they stay on well enough, sound is great for $16; i actually had to reduce the bass, no guilt if you loose/break them, lighter than the old 2017 bose i'm replacing that only lasts for a few hours now

I use mine everyday for work so I can tell you for sure that they hold up to some abuse (I'm very clumsy). They're also great for the shower. I saw some reviews showing manuals that say they aren't waterproof, but my manual doesn't say that so maybe they've been updated idk, I've never had problems. They're comfortable enough that I hardly notice I'm wearing them half the time. I love having the neck strap so I can just leave them around my neck all day and have them ready to go anytime. They're not the best quality if you're into "super high def, ultra clear, pure bass" and yadda yadda but for a normie like me, the price is fantastic for the quality. I literally don't go anywhere without them so they're perfect for me.👍

I bought these to replace a similar pair by another brand that is no longer functioning as well as they should. I was concerned about whether these would be comfortable because apparently I have small ears and many earbuds are not comfortable for me. This pair came with several different fits, so I feel anybody would be fine with them. The sound quality is very good, and the connectivity range is excellent. I like this style of earbuds as I won't lose them (that's also why I got a bright color) and they can be adjusted for comfort. I am pleased with the purchase and will order another pair so I have one set at home and one in my gym bag.

Purchased in Oct 2024 and stopped working May 2025.Good battery life and the clip was nice. Very lightly used; did not use during exercise. Just stopped working all of a sudden. The ear cushions were comfortable though

I got a year's use from these and for the price, that seems good. Battery life extremely good. Reasonably comfortable. But when it goes, it goes all the way and goes fast. Expect one good year from these but no longer.
