In general it met my expectations, but there are two problems. Both may be a case of my lack of familiarity, but I don't think so. First the watch twice has refused to return to watch mode the day after using it for golf, despite me stopping the golf mode shortly after playing. It acts as though it cannot find a signal, which cannot be true. The second is that twice it has not moved on to detecting being on the 18th hole and still thinks it is on the 16th (no need to use it on the par three 17th). By that time it is not worth trying to remember how to move the device to another hole.
