I had no issues pairing this device which was the first wireless headset I had ever used. Charging the case and headphones was very easy and convenient. The magnetic charging feature was astounding to see. I had no trouble fitting into the ear buds which I commonly have an issue with other brands like Apple. I used the set when I was working in a dog kennel and needed to block out some sound while listening to some music. The product worked magnificently for me. The device will even give a verbal warning when their charge level. It will take about 1 to 2 hours to charge. I seem to get 4-6 hours out of a charge which is really nice because it takes about that long to clean the cat cages at the cat rescue I am the director of. Fantastic for walking, running, cycling and so on. Sound quality is amazing for the price which paired with their sound isolation is more than I expected.

Earbuds work very well. My only gripe with them is they occasionally disconnect, but it happens so rarely it is not a big deal. The battery life says 2-3 hours, but they easily last 5-6 even on higher volumes. The only time I have had them die on me was when I fell asleep with them in, but they charged in 20 minutes.Touch controls do take a little while to get used to. The sound is good and has plenty of bass. Not perfect but for the price they are one of the best set of wireless earbuds you can get.

This product would not pair with my Samsung Note 8. It would not even display the documented device ID on my Note 8 as being available. I had charged it for over 30 minutes on my desktop USB port. It was well charged. It even kicked another device off my Note 8's list of connected devices.

Bought this as a gift for Valentine's and my boyfriend fell in love with it. It's so easy to pair with our phones and the sound quality is top notch! The charging container is a bit hard to open though. We had to try our best to pry it out almost

Liked them but they only lasted a little over a month. Is there a warranty on these?

Starting off these were super easy to pair (this wasn't my first truly wireless headset) but I didn't have any stereo or sync problems from the get goCharging the case and headphones is easy to understand, the headphones charge magnetically and I had no problem fitting them in with their included ear tips. After draining them to when I got a verbal warning about their charge level, it took about an hour to charge them up to full. From there they lasted a good 4 hours on 33% volume of continuous EDM which is more that suitable for a car ride/flight/walk/workout for me.These are very good looking and fit well with my ear type. I did a quick jog and was never worried about them falling out.I only experienced one small bout of static when I was running but other than that they seem to hold a very steady connection with my Galaxy S8.The sound quality is above average, a big plus is due to their sound isolation with their well-fitted tips. I enjoyed my EDM (house/electro/hardstyle/tropical/ambient) mixes with no complains. About on par with the Sony Xtra Bass earbuds I own.The bottom line:These are a pretty pricey pair of earbuds but you're paying for the aesthetic and reliability. These look better than the cheaper options (and way better than the more expensive Pixel Buds or Airpods!) So if you're willing to pay a premium for the higher grade materials and listening experience, I wholly recommend this pair!

The left Earbud cut out many times and there is too much static
