Everyday Clean
Our 2 dogs are continually in and out of the garden, when it’s wet this means the floors see a lot of dirt brought in.Continually mopping and scrubbing the floors was frustrating and leading to tense moments with the other half (he sees this as the cost of having dogs!).Normally it would take me a good hour or so to vacuum clean, mop and scrub the kitchen floor, sitting room and hallway.Tonight, I gave them the once over with the Bissell H2 in only 20 minutes. Alright, this wasn’t a deep clean and I’ll still need to do that every week, but the results were pleasing.Using a mop I was continually having to change the water as it got dirty quickly. The Bissell used one container of water for all the floors and its’ self-clean.After finishing the floors our 5 month old puppy decided to help in testing it again by weeing on the floor. Two minutes and it was properly cleaned up.Jury is still out but:PROS: Dirty water is not reused, easy to operate, lightweight and manoeuverable, leaves floor almost dry (completely dry in 5-10 mins), long power cable, not bulky and doesn’t take up much storage space, good vacuum cleaning, vacuum and mop in one pass, self-cleaning function.CONS: Noisier than normal vacuum cleaner, leaves 2cm unwashed at edges of floor, only one roller supplied, very small amount of cleaning solution (only enough for 2 fills). So far, quite impressed with Bissell H2.

Great floor cleaner
Easy to put together, did YouTube video to see how to work it. It really does work well, after I realised there was a protective packaging cardboard under the roller and it wasn’t cleaning.. 🙄 well my floor is extremely clean, very little water left on flooring and actually hoovered up pet hair and small bits. Useful to have, not heavy, a good length of cord. It has an extra gadget that you can place the cleaner on and add some fresh water which then cleans the roller with clean water. Yes I recommend Bissell crosswave HF2 For busy Mums and Dads and old grannies like me. Sometimes you’re really glad you made a good choice.

Decent wet vacuum, good for routine use
It's easy to use and not difficult to clean after use. I found that it's a decent wet vacuum, but a mediocre floor cleaner. If you just want to use it for routine upkeep of your house it's perfectly adequate. I have a kid who keeps spilling stuff onto the floor and this is brilliant as I don't have to vacuum and mop separately. However, as a floor 'cleaner' it certainly doesn't do any hard work to scrub the floor. We moved into a new property recently and the hard floors were rather sticky (previous owners probably never mopped them). This floor cleaner did absolutely nothing to improve the stickiness and we still had to manually mop the floor to get the floor cleaner.Due to the design of the mop head it will miss approx 5cm from the edge. Also it comes with a small bottle of cleaning solution and if you want to purchase more the prices for the original Bissell solutions are extortionate. If you use other brands of cleaning solution make sure you buy ones which won't foam/bubble otherwise bubble may come out when you use the machine.Overall it's a fine purchase for us. For routine upkeep this product is absolutely fine. For very sticky floors or very dirty floors this product will not replace hard work and manual labour.

Good product
Impressed so far, durable, easy to use and clean, good long cord which is great, nice to clean floor with two dogs and lots of mud. I have wooden floor and raised tiles all really good. The only down side is that I wish it had another free roller and some nice smwllifloor cleaner..how wast to use and does a nice job

Actually works well
I’ve had this about 5-6 weeks now. I was reluctant to get this as I didn’t think it would be any good. Pleased to say I’m happy with the results. We have a large dog and two children (6 and 1) so the floor gets filthy. It cleans the floor really well, not too wet ( drys in a min or two), sucks up dog kibble without getting stuck. Not as loud as some reviews make out. Easy to manoeuvre. Couple of negatives… I have to empty the dirty water twice to do my kitchen and top up clean water to do rinse cycle. Also has issues cleaning corners and stains close to items. I can live with these negatives. Much better than vacuuming and then mopping.

Not bad product
I bought this a while ago, I didn't want to leave a review until I used it for a while honest feedbackIt works great on laminate floor or lvt flooring cleans and washes well my lino not so good because my lino has a grain indentation in it the cleaning is not so good, you have to empty often when cleaning multiple rooms but that's to be expected is to clean out the roller comes of and I clean that every time I use itIt has a self clean button that you can use to clean brush which I use when iv finished a room but once floors are done I take it off and wash it properlyOver all it's been good but not on linoI am fed up with buying expensive hoovers that just don't last so this one was £130 so price was good I don't think it's worth more than that I do like it hoovers and cleans at the same time over all it's a good product I had it over a year now and it's still going
