Stopped working after 5 uses. No customer support.
Returned because sending unit would not power on after the fifth use and NO customer support.I was very happy with this when it first came. Instructions were too cryptic. Phone support number was a cell phone in China. But, I figured it out. Temp readings are very accurate. Bluetooth range is very good. Backlighting is very effective. Default setting for fish was 137 deg. But it is easy to set your own. (Most fish we cook should go to 143-146).Replaced the returned EAAGD with a ThermoPro TP-08. The ThermoPro is not quite as accurate, the bluetooth range is MUCH poorer, it doesn't include a third (spare) probe, and the sending unit only displays one probe temp at a time. (It alternates between the two, which is hard to keep track of — so you end up relying on the remote even when you are standing at the grill.) BUT, the ThermoPro works, the instructions are better — and the company provides service and support. Buy the ThermoPro

This thing was great, followed up and bought another for my dad as a gift. So easy why didn't I get this years ago.

Know the Temp exactly
Finally got to try this out on a roast on my grill. I could monitor the meat and the grill temp at a glance. Meat came out perfectly cooked to my taste. Love this thermometer.

This has worked great so far! I have used it several time doing everything from chicken, to turkey, and pork loins, and it is accurate.

Bought as a replacement for a cheaper thermometer that quit working after three months. Hopefully, this one will last longer.
