Everything about these headphone screams quality. There are voice prompts built into the headphones for pairing and connection. The construction is solid. The mic is great. The buttons are easy to press and quite intuitive to use. Even the box it came in was well made. Phone call audio was pretty good.I regret hitting the "play" button tho, which started the music playing on my iPhone. That's when I heard all the distortion over the bluetooth. I have a stereo bluetooth set of headphones which are half the price but no microphone - which is why I bought these. The quality of the audio was painful to listen to music. It's quite a shame because otherwise they'd quickly become my favorite set. I'm debating returning them.edit. I'm now realizing that my audio quality issues are more Apple's fault than the headphones. The sound quality was *great* after I rebooted my iPhone 7 but the mic volume is still very low. I tried connecting to my mac, but the mac crashed! I love the headhones for the quality and moderate price. It's just I need this to work better with Apple.

Everything I wanted. I needed something bc my truck has exhaust on it so If someone calls I had to pull over. I tried the Samsung gear circle. I could hear them but they couldn't hear me. Now with blue tiger, I can hear them and they can hear me.

I've been using a $300 Plantronics wireless headset for years, but I recently needed to make a change to a Bluetooth headset. After reading many positive reviews I bought the Blue Tiger Dueal Elite. Product came just as described. It was packaged well and easy to open. Connecting it to my computer and my iPhone was very easy and quick. The main reason I love this headset is the noise-cancelling feature is the best I've found. On my first call, my dogs barked from the other room and the client didn't hear it. That's amazing, and for under $100 it's incredible!Pros:-Super comfortable-rests soft on the ears but still tight enough to block out the noise and sits securely on my head-Voice comes through crystal clear-The range is great, I've been about 15 feet from my phone with no interruption in connectivity-Best noise-cancelling feature I've found-Battery life-I've spoken for about 5 hours on it today and it's still going strongCons:-No instant mute button...it does have a mute feature, but you have to push the button down for several second to activate it. I talk to professional clients and if I need to sneeze or cough, I have to immediately mute the phone and this will prove more challenging.-I can't hear myself in the earphones. This may not be a big deal to some, but being able to hear my own voice prevents me from talking unnecessarily loudly because I can't gauge my volume. Some people scoff at this, but I've worked on the phones for going on 20 years and this is a big, big deal. If I can find a setting that will allow me to hear my own voice, I'll change the review to 5 stars.

I am a truck driver and I listen to a lot of music on my phone and online radio stations. It works great. Beautiful sound. Talking on the phone is superb. The only downfall is the volume switch; you must hold it forward or backward to control the volume, if not, you will advance or rewind your music. Talk time and standby time is great. I charge about every three days only because I do not want to be surprised by a low charge. Other than that, I have not had any problems with the battery what so ever. Nor have I had any problems with background noise; it blocks most all outside noise. No one has told me yet they can hear background noise coming through the microphone when I am on the phone.

These could be better... The sound quality is great, as is the noise cancelling; but the software interface and options are somewhat limited.As a note: I use these in my Jeep, with the top off, on the highway, at 70MPH. I can hear the conversation fine, and the other folks I've been speaking to tell me the sound on their end is great - they can't tell I'm driving with the top down on the highway.That said, I've had some problems with maintaining the bluetooth connection with my phone, and with dropping calls (it drops bluetooth, but disconnects the call in the process). The only way I can reconnect is by powering the headset off and then turning it back on.

I love the headset . That being said this is my 4 one in just like 2 years . They seem to malfunction. I don't abuse them or drop them . The ear phones tend to short out

Very pleased with this product. Clear & loud. Only knock that I have is the distance you have between the headset and device is not that far. But overall very pleased

It worked great for 3 months then button stopped working. Now it sits in my drawer.
