The adhesive isn’t great, the seeds kept falling off of the stickers.I also experienced a small rash/irritation on my ear after wearing them.

First time using ear seeds, wondered if they might possibly help with the wife's migraine. All instructions were in Chinese, have absolutely no idea where to stick them.

They are ok, but I’m not sure how safe it would be if the little ball fell into your ear. Would prefer them to be more secured to the sticky pad, otherwise … they seem to be fine.

Before I had opened the packet, 4 of the seeds had come loose. The backing sheet has slots cut in, so you are supposed to push the seed onto the sticky pad, then apply to your ear. Very fiddly and the instructions are in Chinese, so had to use Google translate. The seeds are smaller than the ones my acupuncturist used. Suffice it to say, I didn't use them and returned them for a refund.

These do not stick well on ears even when cleaned. Have used similar products before which are better quality.

The information given implies there is a booklet with instructions. There is…it’s in Chinese. As this is for acupressure and I have severe headaches, I don’t want to be shoving on any point.Unless you know where the seeds go, or you can read Chinese, don’t bother. Waste of money.
