Do not be deceived by the low price, these for the money are very good quality spanners. You must remember these are for working on small hex heads, therefore you are applying a lot of pressure even with a small, short spanner such as these! and turning the corners on small hex heads; or stripping the threads is very easy, if you do this it is your fault not the spanner!In one day they have been use to mount a PC main board , repair a bicycle light mounting bracket and tighten the blades of a set of hedge trimmers. before I would have been messing round with pliers, and adjustable wrench; these have made repair so much easier.quality for the price is excellent, sharp clean edges to the jaws good fit on all hex head's sizes, good smooth finish, looks nice.thickness of steel at jaws is always missed out by suppliers and sometimes this is important for working on some jobs they range from the 4mm at ring end= 2.91mm open end 2.85mmto the 10/11mm at ring end 3.7mm open end 3.7mmthese spanners have different size's on different ends, ie one spanner has the 5mm open end, whilst the next spanner has the 5mm ring end. So if you are working with a job that needs two 5mm spanners you have them! the only one that is a single is the 11mm ring end which is an unusual size not often used.highly recommendUpdate 01/01/2018 used hundreds of times over years from purchasing still good chrome work still shining edges still sharp

These small combination spanners are ideal for those small nuts, that you have not got the right sized spanner for. they are made of good quality steel and have a good finish to them. Just the job, and very handy to keep for future work.

The quality of these items was commensurate with their low price, i.e. somewhat rough-and-ready, but perfectly adequate for my requirement, which was not demanding (occasional use as part of my field equipment for model flying). They met my expectations fully, and I was perfectly satisfied with them.

The spanners are nicely finished and have both the look and feel of quality.Each spanner has two adjacent sizes - so you have a pair for tightening lock-nuts, but as some of the smaller spanners are thicker than their matching full nut... maybe not.Curiously you get 1 x 6mm open ended and 2 x 6mm ring but no open ended 11mm.Still - it is a very nice set.

Good product and a handy addition to the tool box.

The item arrived well packed. The only drawback was the package inside was damaged the cover that the items go in was damaged at both ends. Could not use the storage again. Apart from that the items are well made. Really well pleased with them. Would order them again.

I only needed one of the spanners - to tackle a recessed nut on the base of a clock I was attempting to repair. However this set was cheaper than one individual spanner on sale a local DIY outlet,Had I bought that sigle spanner it probably would have been the wrong size as being recessed the nut was difficult to measure. With the set of ten the chances were that one would be the right size - which indeed was the case.This purchase was for a one off job but the set is a useful addition to my tool box.

Not the best quality mini spanners but what can you expect for the price?! Needed a 5mm spanner to remove sets of 2 tiny nuts either side of a tiny bolt fitted in an angle poise lamp. The advantage of this pack is that each spanner has an open end and a closed ring end. Furthermore it contains 2 spanners of 5mm (& 2 of almost every other size in the set) so I can use one spanner to hold 1 nut while loosening the other nut with the other spanner. For an extra 1 or 2 pounds more than another similar pack of mini spanners which contained only one of each size, this was therefore better value. The only minor disadvantage for me was that the pack didn't have a 5mm ring type spanner, but did have in other sizes.
