Why did you pick this product vs others?:Took prescription form for years got too expensive with all my other health care costs. Gave this one a shot and am pleased with the results. Have not noticed any difference in effectiveness VS. Prescription one.

Very high quality although this one was too strong for me I went to the 1mg you can feel the difference if you have the mthfr gene mutation and start taking this supplement I was energetic as can be but did seem to much for me as I only need 1mg dosage .
