Kel-Toy 3 Ply 75yd/Spool in Brown Jute Rope, 225 Feet

This really shouldn't be called rope but twine. Rope is thicker and stronger than similarly constructed cord, string, and twine. This is actually pretty good cordage if you don't plan on putting much weight on it. Use for applications where string is required and it's jute, so I can unravel it, fluff it up a bit and use it for tinder to make a fire. Just know what you're getting, a spool of string.

REALLY, REALLY, REALLY thin ... we used this on the cat scratching post we built and had to use 5 spools to cover the 18" post ... looks nice though. But we've had the project done for 2 months and the cats are beginning to shred through the twine (of course, but still) ... wish there was a better way to know how thin this was (fyi, I'd say 1/16th of an inch wide)

I'm sure this would work for most, but I wanted it for a plant hanger and it isn't thick enough. Have to figure another use!

Don't be fooled by the picture! This spool measures a scant 2.5" tall and only 2.25" across. For the price I was paying I felt certain that the size of the twine was larger and more in keeping with other twines in that price range. HUGELY disappointed! The description does not do an adequate job of letting you know what you are getting. Buyer beware.

The color was good and uniform. I didn't give it five stars because of the odor associated with the jute rope. Other than that, the quality was good.

I found this rope to be a little thinner then another company's 3 Ply jute I ordered so they did not go together. The color is very rich and beautiful.

About as thin as any standard twine you'd find in a store. It's very scraggly with many frayed pieces sticking out of any length. I didn't expect it to be anywhere near smooth, but if you are concerned about aesthetic neatness, this is not the rope for you.

Im happy this product exists. My mom loves it and uses it all the time.
