overall not a bad battery for the price
All 4 18650 batteries test after 3 charge and discharge cycles between 1950ma and 2050ma, overall not a bad battery for the price. Even though these batteries are marked at 5000ma who are they kidding? Even the best name brand batteries don't come close to 5000ma. I would give them 5 stars if they were honest about the product that they were selling, but since amazon is not holding them accountable it's a buyer beware situation. The old saying that you get what you pay for is fine.... but if a product makes a claim, and it is a blatant lie then the seller should be banned. I knew i wasn't getting a 5000ma battery and was ok with it, but someone without the knowledge or ability to test these batteries will be taken advantage of.

Good thing they come with a free charger...
They come with a free charger which is real handy cause YOU'RE GONNA NEED IT. I got these for an LED flashlight that I use frequently. I get up to a week of intermittent use With my LG HE4, LG HG2 and even my Efest Purple batteries. With these I have to charge after every use and sometimes I have to change batteries in the middle of a job. I used my LG batteries for over a year in my ecig, switched them to my flashlight when they started to get weak and have used them for about 2 years... my 3+ year old DYING batteries are better than these are brand new. 2 stars only because they are better than putting a taquito in my flashlight.

Lasted when I needed them.
I went to an all-night rave and used these in my Glofx laser gloves. They lasted for hours of intermittent use, more than I expected. I only needed two sets of these the entire night. Definitely met my expectations. I do agree with others' reviews that the charger may be a sub-par product - it charges at a mere 650 ma / hour. holds charge well
Purchased this for powering an Arduino car kit (Osoyoo). I'm impressed with how long they hold charge. Pretty nice batteries.

inconsistent
these do not hold a reliable charge and burn times with my dive lights have been wildly inconsistent using these batteries, but fine when using another brand.

Don’t recommend
Not satisfied. 5000mah I thought my Wi-Fi door bell will last atlist month but I had to replace battery with week and half. Cold factor. If outside is cold Around 35f battery deplete faster.
