Nite Ize IdentiKey Covers, Color Coded ID Key Labels, Key Identifier Caps, Assorted 6 Pack

I bought these for 2 reasons: to keep my work keys from clinking all the time whenever I walked and to be able to more easily identify the different keys. These fulfill both purposes.The material is soft to the touch. I'm allergic to latex but don't react to these, so it might be silicone or something else. They feel "gummy" so I was worried they'd attract dirt but that hasn't been the case.The keys are kept separated and no longer clink together anytime I move. They are very easily identified by color, saving me a lot of time looking through my keys to find the right one throughout my work day. They are comfortable to hold and use, much moreso than a bare key.I don't usually need to refer to the written label to identify them because the color is enough, but every so often I have a brain fart and can't remember what the colors represent so I have to look at the label and I'm glad they're there. The labels are inside of the cover so I don't have to worry about them wearing off. I did write two of them upside-down but that doesn't really matter. Maybe just be more careful than I was when you are writing them out if you want them all the same direction.

I was looking for different options to differentiate my work keys over the last several days. I chose these because the photo features a key the same shape as most of my keys so I was more hopeful that these would actually fit.At first I had only planned to place the cover on one key but I decided to put one of my 4 work keys. I did not anticipate how much more comfortable the keys are now especially when I’m opening a heavier door. I’m also noticing how quiet my keys are, which is another nice feature.So far they are holding up well and they stay in place with no problems. I have one round top key and these covers fit that one perfectly too.I’m actually buying extra sets to share with my coworkers. Highly recommended!

I needed colored keys to differentiate my Best commercial keys for work. Regular key covers were not an option because they are larger than house keys. They made larger sizes but did not stay on the key or were slightly too small and stretched and broke. I saw these covered, which were the same shape as the key. They went on very easily, and we were ultimately held in place by the keyring. I used. The key covers for about a month or two before they showed signs of wear. Only the purple and blue discolored and began to break. I leave my work keys on my passenger seat when I am not at work to avoid losing them. The heat from the hot Florida sun may have deteriorated these colors. The colors are related to the light heat absorption. Anyway, I bought another set to replace the purple and the blue. I will post a reply if they last longer.

Eventually they will start to deteriorate. Like 6 months to a year depending on frequency of use

I have recently acquired several keys at work and they all look the same! These are easy to put on and the colors are vibrant. A couple of the keys have a number or letter on them and I can still easily see them through the cover. I am happy with this purchase.

Love how I no longer need to touch nasty keys. I have pretty colors n now poop brown, they fit perfectly onto my keys, and I do have different shaped keys.
