1.This product design is great! You can install this in the kitchen, and happy to find that it is just bright enough to make it easy to grab a glass of water, but also don't make it appear as if the room is permanently lit up - the quality of the light keeps it from reflecting around and illuminating the whole room, and rather just adds enough visibility to the area to allow you to see things. 2.NIGHT LEDs covers were checked and passed the quality test before they were shipped. If they didn’t work on your outlet, that means you have to fine tune your outlet itself. Please refer to the instruction manuals and troubleshooting procedure that comes with the product for further assistance, in rare cases and for old outlets, you may need to consult your electrician for help. 3. LED brightness was selected carefully with 0.5 watts which equals to 7 Lumens (equivalent to 7 watt incandescent bulb which is the average wattage used for the regular night light bulbs). 4. Cover is not flush with the wall: this issue can be solved by adjusting the outlet itself with its box. The thickness of the LED cover is different than the normal outlet cover because it has the LED board attached to it. If the LED cover doesn’t lie perfectly flush against the wall; with the LED cover removed, You’ll notice 2 screws on the outlet that screw into the electrical box sitting on the wall, so by tightening the top and bottom screws, the outlet should sink into the wall further, you want to tighten the outlet so metal braces are at minimum flush with the wall which will pull the LED cover closer to the wall also and eliminate the gap. 5. To align the LED cover prongs with the lowers outlet screws, outlet ground hole must be below the hot and neutral slots, if not, turn the outlet upside down. 6. This product is NOT compatible with GFCI outlets with test and reset buttons.
