Keep from sliding but are not particularly comfortable on the plastic side
These do work to keep from sliding around on a slippery surface while exercising. They can also be used to intentionally slide around for certain exercises. They work well and seem reasonably durable. My only concern is that if you are using with the foam side down to keep from slipping, the plastic side isn't too comfortable for hands or knees. They aren't terrible but it gets a little uncomfortable using for too long on that side.Good product and works as advertised.

Great addition to home gym!
These are easy to use. The storage bag is handy to keep track of them. I have added some new exercises that have not been possible before. Goad I got these.
