Connects every time without any issues, well worth the money.

This is an absolute game changer and and must have for your vehicle. I have a MK10 Honda Civic and the infotainment system that comes with the vehicle is absolutely useless. I heard about this product on one of the Civic forums and I thought I'd give it a go. Plug and play is so simple and the setup is so quick and easy to do. After connecting it to the USB ports and configuring the settings on my Android phone when turning the car on boot time for the device takes less than 15 seconds which is great and boots to exactly what I want on the screen. There is no lag the sound for if you want to reuse internet radio as crystal clear and even using android based GPS apps such as Google maps is a breeze. overall for the price and for what this can do it's an absolute must-have for any vehicle that has an old style infotainment system in which you want to use a more up to date version and this device guarantees that for you

When it connects it works very well but has issues connecting occasionally

Very easy to set up and worked ok for first week.Then it stopped connecting. Did a rest hoping this would solve the problem.However it now won't connect to phone and is asking for a password.No password was set up originally and nothing in the instructions about a password.Going to have to return.

I have now had this product for over 4 weeks and I use it every single day on more than occasion every day and I can honestly say that I've had no issues whatsoever. This connects very quickly to my iPhone 15 pro and there is no lag on voice calls or anything.This is my 3rd product of this type and although it was more expensive, it works great. My other ones kept disconnecting, lag was very noticeable.Well worth the money to have wireless car play on my Hyundai Tucson (2022)

Only connects sometimes, seems to default to a single phone and not search others. The buttons to switch between phones don't appear to work or do anything. Site to update software shows a video of a device that is a different device and seems overly complex to update - this one apparently might have 2 software versions - go figure....

Bought to use in a VW Transporter T6.I was sick of using CarPlay wired so I bought this after reading lots of reviews.When it connects it’s a great device but connectivity isn’t great.Overall I’d say it’s a 50/50 chance whether it’ll connect automatically. I find I have to manually connect in my phones settings about 50% of the time which can be frustrating.If I knew what I know now I’d try a different product.

This is the 3rd unit ive tried from different places. The main issue i have is connecting to different phones, mine or my partners. By having this button, its easier to switch between phones depending whos driving. So far its doing everything as advertised and connects quick enough. It is more expensive than others out there but im willing to pay as long as it works on multiple phones. Bonus is there no keed for 3rd party apps. Simply connect onto the OTTO bluetooth and android auto will kick into action.
