I've had a pair of SoundLink on-ear headphones for about 7 years now and have been my go-to music/work headset since 2020. The original pads wore out about 2021 and I bought factory replacements. I fought those pads for well over an hour using heat and pliers to try to get them on. A broken finger nail and a few pinches/cuts later and they were finally on. Fast forward and those replacement pads have shown their thousands of hours of wear since. I picked up another set of factory pads and after 45 minutes and not getting the first one on, I lucked up on a video from AHG and their own pads. I bought a set saying "there's no way they can be any harder than factory."Less than 5 minutes to install both pads. These are better than factory if only because they went on without tools, heat, swearing, or wanting to throw away the headphones. The pads are decidedly larger than the factory ones and caused the cup to be a little less stable on my hear when powering on, but that's a small detail and isn't as important since I don't use those often. The sound is still clear and the range is still there. Now to see if these can handle a couple thousand hours of wear in an office environment. 5 stars just for the initial impression of the install and some quick music listening.

These replacement pads are soft and comfortable, although somewhat tedious to install on my Bose headphones. However, considering the Bose construction, I do not see how the replacement pads could have been made any easier to install. Frustrating to install (for me at least), but all in all I am pleased with the product, and I'm glad to have my Bose headphones usable once again.

These ear pads are fantastic they fit tight so they wont come off better pads for my bose wireless headphones better then original pads thank you easy to put on

These ear pads are just as comfortable and sound just as good as the originals, now that I got them installed properly.At first, I thought these ear pads did something to the frequency response of the headphones. It seemed like high frequencies were dampened or the bass was overloaded, or something like that. In any case, the issue went away once I took the pads off and reinstalled them following the video instructions.The 9-minute installation video (link/QR code provided with the instructions) is excellent. However, being a typical engineer, my initial instinct was not to spend the time to watch the video -- how hard can it be to put on a couple of ear pads?The answer is actually "not too hard", but there are a few key details that you'll probably miss by skipping the video as I did. For those of you who are as impatient as I am and do skip the video, here are the key points:1) Remove the plastic frame inside each ear pad. As the video notes, you won't find these in the original ear pads and they are not needed. I suspect they are there to protect the pads during shipment and/or to preserve the shape until you install them. I'm guessing that leaving these in led to the poor sound quality I observed at first.2) When fitting the sleeve into the slot in the earphones, try to grab the leather mostly, rather than the skirt. This wasn't actually a problem for me, but since my originals failed because of the skirt separating from the leather, I'd say it's a good idea not to put too much stress on the skirt, pulling it away from the leather.3) When the skirt is in the groove all the way around, check that the pad is aligned properly. It's likely the "L" or "R" will be slightly askew, but it's easy to rotate the pad slightly in place (i.e. without dislodging the skirt at all) to get it aligned properly.

I first ordered a set of replacement pads from the Bose website for my Bose On-Ear Wireless Headphones. I think I received a bad set of replacement pads. I tried for hours to get them on my Bose headphones without success. I contacted customer care, they confirmed I bought the correct item based on my serial number, and they recommended I visit any Bose retailer nearby for help. I had two different guys with the Geek Squad from Best Buy attempt to put the replacement pads on my headphones, and they were also unsuccessful. They both pulled up a tutorial and watched a video from the Bose website. The entire experience was beyond frustrating!!! I am a retired broadcaster and wore headphones for a living, so I am quite tech savvy. After getting nowhere with Bose I ordered this pair from Amazon. I was able to install them within two minutes. It was so easy!! My headphones sound great, and I couldn’t be happier!!

These ear cover are great. I've ordered the oem covers directly from Bose in the past and are extremely difficult, frustrating, and only lasted me a couple of months. I was so frustrated with the oem Parts that I called bose to complain about the design and the difficulty it is to replace these covers. I decided to tried these ones because they claimed to be an easy install.I was so satisfied with the quality and it took me about a minute each to install. I don't know how long they will last but I will be ordering them again and again. This co. offers a great video to follow.
