I haven't tried to cook with it because it's a Christmas gift . It is lovely

This is a heavy duty ceramic pan. It's a lot heavier than Corningware and does not come with a lid. It's a welcome addition to my cookware and will be perfect for making lasagna and other deep-dish meals.

I wanted a pretty colored casserole dish, I tend to use mine a lot and a pop of color would be nice. I got this and first up was actually stuffing from the turkey on Thanksgiving, we had just moved, and I had no other casserole dishes available, but I had this. I've since made several actual casseroles in it, used it as a roasting pan for a small chicken, and even made some fudge in it. This is a versatile dish, cleans up super easily, fits better than a lot of like sized dishes in the dishwasher, and I'm just as happy to hand wash it. I've had it a couple months now, use it a couple times a week at least, no issues with flaking, cracking, or anything else. Just as nice as when I first opened it up new.

I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality of this ceramic baking dish. It comes with clear instructions on how to use it and temperature ranges, which is important to know with ceramic and clay cookware.It's nice and solid feeling and has a good weight to it without being too heavy, and it's deep enough to bake a very generous lasagna, a big batch of empanadas, or roast a heap of veggies.The colour is super nice, a blue-grey that I loved as soon as I saw it. I try to get as much of my kitchenware in blue as I can, and it's harder to find than one thinks. This blue is particularly nice.I haven't cooked with this yet but it's washed up and ready to go. I just have to think of what I want to make for the maiden voyage! This is a great addition to my kitchen.

It’s a great ceramic dish, I love the color. Cooks well in the oven, will be buying more from Ayesha’s bakeware!

I bought this baking dish for a Christmas party because I wanted all of my dishes to be red. This is a high-quality pan with thick walls that is well-made, robust, and cooks nicely; nevertheless, it is orange rather than red and therefore unsuitable for my event. It may be washed in the dishwasher, eliminating the need for manual washing. It would be preferable if the pan also came with a lid. Blue and yellow are also available in addition to the color I purchased.

This is a really really nice deep baking dish I was so excited to get, and after using it am still excited about it. It is the deepest dish bakeware I own- making it perfect for something like lasagna so it does not spill over the edges. It is perfect for lasagna, casserole dishes, or even baking squash with a water bath. Below are some thoughts:Pros:1. Really deep dish2. Beautiful color, matte texture3. Nice and heavy ceramicCons:1. not 100% non stick- I think this is due to the matte texture2. only oven safe to 450°F, some recipes I have go to 475Overall I really love this new addition to my kitchen, and I look forward to using it when I get an opportunity to!
