Didn’t come with instructions
I found a video online that showed how to install it, that helped a lot. After I requested a return they sent me a pdf with instructions. I had already found the video so I was already done installing it. The wire slides down the tube, and you being the nut and locking tab through. Bill it all up.

Bolts too long
The supplied bolts were too long to turn upright and drop into the holes wit the metal braces on them. Had to install without them.

It does not fit on jeep Gladiator 2023!!!

Took 4 guys and 3/4 bottle of tequila
This was supposed to be an easy fun project. Springs through rail was difficult and the none existent instructions were a huge help. YouTube it get some friends and have a fun Sunday afternoon.

U need make a hole to make that stuff fit on your bumper
If you don't like your bumper to have holes u need to find different productsAlso, the screw is too long I had to buy shorter screw

Unless you want to cust your plastic cover you need to locate a flat socket cap screw aka flat hex bolt 3.. besides that irlts an 1/2 hour job give or take a minute. Other brand has the oroper bolt but again if you dont care cut a circle hole like some has done ... pics later

Couple of hurdles
Installed on a 23 Gladiator Altitude. Driver's side bolt was too long to slip through the hitch frame. Shortened 1/4' to make fit. Not serious, but not everyone has bolt trimming capability. Appears sturdy however we only plan to carry a small load.
