I struggle with sleep terribly. My mind races and I stay away for what feels like all night long. Since I've started taking these a few weeks ago I have been sleeping through the night and wake up feeling rested. Even if I wake up in the middle of the night which used to be a constant struggle I fall back asleep right away. In addition, I suggested these to my neighbor who struggles with insomnia. I've known her for 3 years and she's been looking for something to help her sleep and has had no success. She purchased these and she has slept every night. I highly reccomend these. These work really well especially if you’re trying to get off of prescription medication. You just have to take a lot of them. I don’t like to take medication to go to sleep so this is a great alternative. But I noticed I do have to take quite a few of them to sleep along with magnesium and I take a low-dose melatonin, and that combination seems to work for me. And it puts me right out.

So I had some success taking 1 am and 1 pm. I started at one, I tried two twice a day, but I didn’t seem to notice any additional benefits, so I stay at 1 am and 1pm so there is almost always some positive/calming influence on my body chemistry.

This pill lived up to everything listed on the label. I noticed a calming down of my stress level. I went to sleep faster than I had been able to for months. I realize people react differently to medications, but I would recommend trying this one if you have any problems with stress and getting the sleep you need. As for the cognitive support. I will welcome any help with that at my age.
