Good for the price but take that with a grain of salt
Like most people in my narcissistic generation, i cannot simply live in the moment and try to document pieces of my meaningless existence to shove down the throats of my fellow self centered and attention seeking peers while they look on disinterestedly and mindless tap on their phones. As such, I was looking to have an action camera for the occasional motorcycle ride or other wacky stuff i may get up to to make my life look more interesting than it actually is.But, i'm cheap and don't need a big name product to attach onto my hollow identity, so i bought this thing.General summary: camera works just fine. The image at 4K is crisp and down to 720 - it is respectable. The image stabilization actually works fairly well unless there is a lot of movement in which case the image gets a bit distorted. The mounting stuff that came with the camera also seems acceptable. I mounted it to my motorcycle and went on the highway without any issues. I'm yet to try out the waterproof...ness of the case, but seems good enough. My one complaint is that I have noticed a strange glitch at 60FPS and at 4K. At that image quality or frame rate, the image will digitally distort or freeze for moments at a time when there is a lot of movement. I tried 60 FPS down to 720p and got the same thing and 30 FPS at 4K and got the same thing. However, this glitch does not happen at 1080p at 30 FPS or at 720p at 30FPS. Honestly, i'm fine with 1080p at 30FPS (for 25 bucks that i spent for the camera? very okay with that).Summary: Overall, i would say this camera is more than enough to capture the instances in your life that are more exciting than sitting at your desk writing an amazon review or reviewing Excel sheets... all the while consciously aware that your life is passing you by, demarcated with the silent procession of the life giving Sun through the sky - looking down upon the glorious beauty of the earth wondering where you are... (also there is nothing after we die, it's like a light-bulb burning out... no gates, no fire, no grandma or grandpa, no childhood dog that comes to great you, no passed partner that you should have held more and kissed more and told you loved her more...just silent, cold and endless darkness for eternity. So get out there and use an action camera to capture the life you are missing, the only life you will have, and share them. This fleeting moment in time and the people near you are all you will ever have.)

Not as advertised
Ok, fist off, the camera isn't bad at all, and for the price it's a decent deal.My issues are false advertisement on the description. This camera DOES NOT have ESI at all, the 4k is rather choppy and has times it gets blocky.I find this camera works best at 2k 30fps and has the best image quality.I will also add that while this does come with 2 batteries, it DOES NOT come with a charger and both batteries must be charged in the camera.Knowing it doesn't have ESI or a stand alone charger like my previous camera at the same price point, I wouldn't purchase again.

There is a learning curve. Excellent for the price.
Get this for your first action cam! While it's not top end. It gets the job done very cheap. That said. Throw away the memory card and use a good one.

Not a True 4K camera
Video is upscaled and blurry in 4K mode. Image is not sharp and actual video quality is decent 1080P or good 720P. It's noticeably better than the cheap "HD 1080P" cameras, but image quality is worse than the top 1080P cameras. The batteries are also incompatible with the generic action camera batteries, and can only be charged in the camera. Even though they are the same size, the pins are in the wrong place.

Super impressed with this inexpensive action camera!!
I'm impressed with everything about this camera! It's genuinely a hd 4k camera and the EIS or electric image stabilization works excellent!! I've tried many inexpensive action cameras and this one is my favorite by far!! Excellent camera for such a cheap price!! I give it a 10 out of 10...!!!

Decent camera, terrible instructions and support
The “manual” offers no explanation of any of the pieces and the waterproof housing cannot be attached to the included tripod. Returned.

It’s not 4K, but quality is decent
The media could not be loaded. This is not a 4K camera, but it’s decent 1080p quality once you export it onto a computer or phone. For as cheap as it is, I’m pretty happy with it.Edit: Removed a star because the battery started failing after less than a month. The camera only records for about seven minutes, then shuts off.Edit 2: Down to one star because the camera has started randomly turning off.
