I've been taking fivelac for 1 year and three lac for another year. This has fixed my acne, chest acne, yeast infections, ringworms. ALONG WITH AN EXCELLENT DIET AND FITNESS AND EXERCISE and SLEEP you don't eat healthy don't expect this to help you.

This is the only probiotic that seems to give me some relief. I (husband here) recommend this to anyone that has gut issues, especially if you suspect yeast overgrowth. You can't eat a bunch of junk and expect this to do all the work. Doesn't work that way.

Keep My body regulated!

This is a must have if you are on or have been on anti-biotics. Fixes your bacteria fast and is great to take daily. Easy to take even though it is a powder, but I don't know if kids would take it easily. Might be a little hard for them.

Best way to buy it. It's expensive but it works so why not go for the one free box. Gets in your system much faster than a pill.

Easy to take probiotic.

I like the product. It's easy to take (I take it 5 times a day but my systemic yeast is still just as strong as when I started it about 3 weeks ago), taste is fine and can be taken with or without food. It is a strong probiotic that doesn't need refrigeration and comes in packets for easy single doses (as long as I take scissors to open packets).I've been struggling with fungal overgrowth for about 8 years and only about 6 months ago I started my endless search of treatments. I tried the Candida diet (no sugar, no carbs, etc.) very strictly for 4 months, adding various supplements such as Candidase, CandidaPro, Biofase (and others that I don't recall names of) and even a few Difflucan tablets, but it seemed to grow worse despite what I did to treat it. At least with FiveLac it has remained the same and not seeming to get worse. I am concerned it does not seem better, though. I am not strictly on the Candida diet anymore, but most of what I eat is approved. About 85% of my food intake is meat & veggies. I don't eat sweets anymore, but occasionally I will add ranch dressing to my salad, eat a bun on my hamburger, or drink a diet soft drink.I will continue to take it since I believe in probiotics and have damaged my system over the years with countless antibiotics.
