Can it be this bad? or is there some simple problem we are ...
we are still trying to set this up.The instructions are not helpful.We have already had a replacement base - first one didn't fit.the set of screws bear no similarity whatsoever to the ones in the instructions - they sent a second set and they are the same.So far, we ordered it three weeks ago and each time we have had to wait a week (for a 24 hour delivery).Can it be this bad? or is there some simple problem we are not seeing?????............ watch this space.

Whole screws!
Some wholes are not exactly to fix it! I use and dril some wholes so i can push in the screws. Especially the back board!
