Ordered for our garage to have ice for summers in the hay field. Works great. Makes ice quickly. Customer service is excellent. Had a couple questions and they respond quickly and sent videos to demonstrate.

Bought this 5 months ago . No issue so far works and makes plenty of ice.

A lot of the ice machines sold on amazon aren't of good quality. This machine is a legit commercial unit. Setup is easy and minimal programming is needed. Basically turn it on and it starts cranking out ice. The customer service team is awesome with helping on all tech service requests. They have been very quick to respond and send replacement parts if needed. Highly recommend this machine it has been a game changer for my business keeping my employees hydrated and cool in the summer months.

I do not recommend this item. We bought it in September of 2024 and began using it in January of 2025 and it is not working. The ice maker is defective and get any help from the manufacturer is next to impossible. We are completely unhappy with this Amazon purchase nd do not recommend anybody to purchase this item and be out the the $1750.00 wasted on this ice maker!This is from my boss, Ryan said these are very cheaply made units and no parts are available locally. He can look at it but if it needs anything he doesn't know that we can get the parts. These are throw away makers. You cannot get any service or help with these ice makers. Shame on Amazon for selling these products!!!

Machine is great, ice production is good but bin size is not as advertised.4 ice buckets and it's empty.Our soda machine can fit 120 pounds of bagged ice easily and four ice buckets empties this machine and only fills the soda machine half full.

It’s really an honor that the company came to check on my ice maker. There were some small problems with it, but Coolski's service team was always ready to help and support us. Their technicians are knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely care about solving issues quickly. The level of professionalism and dedication they bring to each service call is impressive. Thanks to them, my ice maker is running smoothly again, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Make sure that we always need to clean it monthly. Highly recommended!

This product has done a number for our office. We purchased this ice machine and are so delighted with it. We put the machine together but somehow it was not working. We contacted customer service and they sent us a replacement right away. The replacement came within 4 days, no questions asked. It makes ice super fast and holds a ton(not necessarily a ton) but a lot of ice. We are so happy with our purchase. If you are thinking of purchasing one, please do. The ice machine was purchased for hurricane exercises/drills, just in case the staff need ice or we have to help out the community. Great product overall.
