Better than OEM
These straps are more comfortable, don't wear, keep their elasticity and I never have issues of the Velcro patches losing their grip. This was a constant problem with other straps.

Excellent quality on 3rd party component
I had just come off of the last supposedly OEM headgear I bought shredding in the first few weeks of use. So I was a bit nervous to look at a 3rd party product. However, my fears were unfounded and this is now my new favorite above and beyond OEM.The headgear is well made and quite comfortable. Of note, it doesn't come with the magnets. You'll want to hang onto your older set and transfer them to this. But you do get 2 head gear in one pack for a great price, so I think that more than makes up for it.As other reviews noted, I ordered a large that is indeed quite large. I have a bigger head and this had some room to spare. That being said, I was able to adjust the straps accordingly and it now fits very comfortably.

Not bad at all
I like that it isn't expensive, just so you know I have a large head and this large size is too big, but adjusts to fit. Keep your skull size in mind.
