10/10 would recommend. I stopped even trying to drink a few years back because a single glass of wine would give me the worst hangover symptoms the next day. Even following all safe drinking practices, eating food beforehand, drinking more water than alcohol, getting good sleep, etc I would still feel awful after drinking a small amount.Well my husband and I had a special occasion coming up and we wanted to have a few drinks for said occasion. I made peace with the inevitability of feeling like road kill the following day, but also decided to give this product a shot. I didn't have too much hope, but the reviews told some pretty tales so why not give it a try?Fast forward to sunset at the beach, both my husband and I take one of the Zbiotics then eat, drink water, and start slowly drinking. I continued to carefully drink water throughout the night but also had 5 hard ciders to myself (I'm a super light drinker so 2 has me dancing a jig), and my husband polished of 2 bottles of wine with only a few sips of water after ward. Both of us pleasantly trashed immensely enjoyed our evening and got a good nights sleep afterward.The next morning I woke up with apprehension and expecting the usual misery following alcohol.... but to my delight, I found non of my usual symptoms!! Not only was I able to drink my self silly, but I felt fantastic the next morning. My husband too. We don't drink often so even though this was a bit expensive we will definitely be using it every time we do! Worth every penny.Thank you Zbiotics for letting us enjoy our celebration to the fullest!

Flavor wise Zbiotics tastes good, which surprised me. I took this stuff before I had around 8 whiskey drinks over the course of the evening. I stopped drinking about 2 hours before bed and drank a bottle of mineral water while watching a movie. I woke up this morning and felt completely fine. No hangover symptoms at all. Mentally and physically it felt like I never had any drinks at all. Gotta say, im super impressed and can confirm this stuff works!!

I was not expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had 4 relatively strong drinks about an hour after taking Z Biotics. I got a decent nights sleep, but I didn’t really hydrate through the night. I still woke up feeling pretty good! I was a little more tired than normal, but I mostly attribute that to being up later than usual. It’s a little pricey, but I don’t drink very often, so worth the extra money imo.

Incredibly effective!My hangovers have gotten terrible in the past 2 years and I can’t cope with it anymore. I tried electrolytes before, during, and after drinking. I’ve tried vitamin cocktails, eating at various times when drinking, and pretty much anything else you can think of. None of it compares to this probiotic.I just finished a box of 12 of these and tried it out on beer, wine, liquor nights & a combo of all 3. The result has been the same every time - I wake up with a slight headache, take a Tylenol, then I’m perfectly fine. No sluggishness, upset stomach, body aches, brain fog, hangover anxiety, nothing! I even used this on a vacation with friends that involved drinking for 3 days straight and every day I was feeling fine. It is a true life saver! I won’t have more than 1 drink without taking this probiotic now.Taste is faintly bitter with a subtle lemon flavor. It really doesn’t taste like much.The price is a little steep, BUT I’d rather not be hungover for 2 days in agony, so I think it is totally worth it. 10/10 recommend

I am giving it 5 stars because it worked perfectly but it was expensive. I had way too much to drink on the 4th of July and I felt fine the next day.Taste:Not much taste at all, only very slight. I was expecting something horrible. It was fine.Ease of use:Simple, unscrew and drink it up before you booze upNote: no human evidence supporting the claim that it can lower aldehyde levels in the body.

For my wife and I this has worked better than expected. We are not heavy drinkers but tend to get hangovers fairly easy. We both had one of these a couple hours before drinking, had about 4 beers which would normally have a negative effect but we felt nothing, no hangover, nothing at all. This stuff works

I love this product! I take one of these every time I know I'm going to be drinking a lot and the next day, it's like it never even happened. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars, is because it's expensive! If it was just a little bit cheaper, it would get that last little star but until then you get 4

These work great! You'll def feel way better in the morn after a night of drinking esp after rehydrating a bit & taking some vitamins. Of course u won't feel 100% of u drink too much but it's a great improvement. I realized it's important to followthe directions, drink the vile b4 u start drinking & wait 30 min b4 alcohol. A couple times I drank it after I had already had 1 drink & didn't wait the half hour like it says & it still helped however i felt really bloated for the next few drinks after taking the vile & the drinks were going down slow & making me feel blah. Plus I was bloated for the next few days.but last time I drank it b4 any alcohol and waited 30 min & It worked even better. No bloating. Maybe my body is getting used to it or it's bc i followed directions. I've only been using about 1 vile a week, usually Friday night& that 1 vile helps all weekend, if i happen have drinks in the next few days.The best part of this imo is that it seems to help the body metabolize the alcohol out of out of your system faster, including the etg metabolites. It also keeps u more "level " meaning u can get a good buzz&have fun without getting too drunk too fast. Wish they weren't so expensive but if u think about how much $ u spend on alcohol esp if u r going out it's not really that expensive.
