Worked well with great battery for a while, but then battery expanded till it broke the casing apart.

I have been looking for a replacement for my Creative Mosaic mp3 player some time without success. This was so cheap I thought I would give it a punt.First impressions were good - looks and feels nice, seems well made and likely to be durable, sounds good.The control system is unintuitive and could easily have been improved, but not difficult once you get the hang of it.The real failure is that the software only recognises the first 12 letters of the album title. So Beethoven Symphony no 1 appears as Beethoven Sy. If you put all 9 symphonies on they are all treated as Beethoven Sy and the tracks all mixed together. I do mean mixed, since despite being correctly tagged it cannot seem to keep tracks in order.Such a shame, if as much attention had been paid to software as hardware I would have given 5 stars and happily paid much more.

I loved this mp3 player but after just 3/4 months of use I am starting to have problems when charging via computer, I have recently tried to download my Christmas cd's and the mp3 gets stuck and I can't do anything with it, happened last night but this morning worked ok and now after trying again today the same has happened. Wouldn't have put this as a review before contacting the seller but can't find a way to contact them.

I have bough this for my niece. She is 12 and does not need an expensive device to carry with her all the time.Mp3 player comes with a weird shaped earphones that work quite well to be honest with you. That was a surprise.Overall the display is not to sharp. But you can make up all icons. Thee is a text too.This is good thing for a car or youngster.You get what you paid for.

Everything about this mp3 player is brilliant for the price apart from one thing. After transferring albums to the player the tracks are never in the correct order of the album. There doesn't appear to be any way of solving this problem.Edit. It appears to mostly be an issue with track 10 being placed in as track 2. It may not be an issue for others but for myself I prefer to have albums play in the order intended.

This MP3 player is a brilliant product for the price. I simply plugged its USB cable into my PC and used Windows' plain ordinary file browser to copy all the MP3 files I wanted from my PC onto this player. A cable of convenient length costing a few pence connects the player to the Aux input of my old and basic car radio. Yes, the interface is fiddly, and if you want to be able to organise and select your music by whatever categories, you'll need patience or maybe you should look to spend more. I simply place all my music in the one folder and have the player on random shuffle, using the Next button to skip anything I don't want to listen to just now. A really cheap way of getting the music you want where you want it - incredible for so little money!

I held back on writing a review for this item until I had for a couple months. So two months on I can report the player is fantastic. Navigation is easy, the features are easy to use, sound output, I felt, was equal to iproducts (admittedly with a headphone upgrade but good with the set provided) and the battery life is amazing. I use this daily in my car via an AUX connection and would now be lost without it. I also purchased a good quaily 64gb SD card for the player (up to 24,000 songs with the 64gb plus the 8gb onboard) more than enough for my needs.Finally, the price was excellent at just over £20.

Brilliant little player for the money. My dad bought an mp3 player for £70 and it's no better than this one. Easy to use, powers up very quickly, battery lasts for ages and it gives a good sound through headphones or my car speakers. Can't fault it. The only problem I had was that I put a micro sd in it and added some music to the card but it didn't see that music, so I'm guessing the sd card is for photos not music.
