Yes, this model does have RTC. I've been able to play several Pokemon games with real time events. You do have to keep it at least somewhat charged for the clock to remain accurate though.

Q: What games does this come with?

Pretty much all of them for all of the listed emulators. And if the game you want isn’t on there, you can download the rom and add it to the sd card that’s included. You won’t be disappointed with this.
