This is a fantastic piece of kit. We have always used a manual till but we have never really known what stock wad really going. We connected this up to our computer. It connects by a little wireless usb dongle which comes with the scanner. It is very easy to connect as the scanner comes complete with an instruction manual all we had to do was scan a couple of codes with the scanner which were in the booklet and the scanner was connected. This scanner also has a memory so if we have. To go out of distance of the dongle the scanner has its own memory. So it will remember the bar codes you have scanned so as soon as back in range it uploads the saved bar codes. So stock control will always be correct. Our life in the shop will never be the same again. A fantastic item and we will never look back.

For the first couple of hours, this was the perfect scanner then it stopped appending CR+LF to the output. No, I did not scan the code to make it do that and yes, I did, repeatedly scan the code to restore that function. I messaged the vendors (Elite) but they did not reply. As it's third party product, Amazon can only refund, not replace and the price has gone up in the week since I bought it. Luckily my need was not urgent as I am now once again without a scanner.Maybe I'm better off without a replacement as a software function that turns off without warning and cannot be restored does not bode well for long-term use and it would be a pain for it to fail when I'm using it in anger.

Very bad quality. The item stop working after 1.5 months after purchase.

Bought to replace a failing wired bar code scanner. This one is smaller lighter and does 3d scanning. Not intensely tested but seems to do the job. Only giving 3* as no off switch so when carrying in bag it can go off. For being in 2019 shame it needs a dongle and have to pay much more money to connect to android devices.Update - it's not great. The sensor does not pic up barcodes easily. Have to keep moving and clicking away. Got given a wired one which is fast and reads very large and small codes.

The scanner is ready to scan immediately on switching on. It has successfully scanned every type of barcode, 1d and 2d, which I have pointed it at. Excellent product.

Good product, trialling for our company

We use the product for our inventory in a book store.Most important aspect was the wireless, easy to use.Only you need to switch the language to English in order to give you the right reading.

The item arrived sooner than expected and I had a follow up phone call once I had placed the order to ensure I had the correct item for my needs. So far the item is working very well and the end users are very happy.
