Not working really... and not good at all to demonstration light polarization.
These are actually weak polarizing filters and you need lot of faith to see the expected effects: when crossed at 90 degrees the field is just a bit darker and with some red-green effects thus not really useful for demonstrating light polarization. I don't even know what are they useful for.
