I bought this to support some general electronics work, as well as enabling better visualization of the communication signals in my Arduino projects. Since most of the key specs were fairly typical between the other entry level instruments I had been looking at, I opted for this particular model mostly because of its 200MHz bandwidth which is very unusual for an oscilloscope at this price point. Overall, I'm very happy with the performance of the instrument so far. It's fast to boot up, and although I was slightly sceptical about the quoted bandwidth, in my own tests I've found the attenuation at 200MHz to be less than the 3dB generally quoted in test specifications. Although I prefer a printed manual for reference, perhaps it's no surprise (given the low price) that the instruction manual is supplied as a PDF file on disk. Whilst the English is typically idiosyncratic for an instrument manufactured in China, I had no real problems in understanding the instructions, and the manual is pretty comprehensive in explaining the various functions and features of the oscilloscope. All in all, I am very happy with purchasing this instrument, and I think it represents very good value given its features and specifications.

Solid made, crystal clear LCD display, a superior product that no one could be without. It is so so flexible with a host of simplicity to set up and use, it does everything that is needed to assist the test and design of electronics where oscilloscope and FFT functionality is required. This is a very comprehensive oscilloscope with accurate results and USB for PC interface. Excellent value for money, worth much more than the price tag! I recommend this to the serious engineer and hobbyist alike, it's an Essential!

As a hobbyist and retired, it suits my needs, fine so far.

Great scope for the price. Paid a bit extra for the factory bandwidth of 200MHz as didn't want to void warranty by modding lower bandwidth version.Easy to use. Descent probes for bandwidth.Excellent enthusiast or entry level scope at the price. Nice addition to the test gear. Love it.

As digital storage scopes go this one isn't bad.It has a nice screen and the controls fairly intuitive.Resolution at 1Gs is adequate for most general measurements and the 200Mhz bandwidth is probably all that is needed by the hobbyist.Easy to configure with all the usual triggering/store options and the calibration looks to be pretty tightly set up.

The video trigger does not work. I contacted the seller and sent them video of the screen, they said that it was a faulty device and another one would work properly. I returned the item and ordered another one, which was exactly the same. I emailed the seller again and have received no response. If you want to examine video signals I suggest that this is not the oscilloscope for you

An excellent DSO for the price. The power button is a bit dodgy but not a real problem. Over the years I have used some very expensive scopes that don't have the same features as this one. Would definately reccomend.
