The material in the back of my 'muck boots' for the paddock wore out and my foot was rubbing against the bare inside rubber of the boot. It was fine in the winter when I had thick socks on, but now in the warmer months with small/light socks it's rubbing the back of my foot raw.I dropped one of these into the back of each boot and.... perfect. No discomfort at all.The adhesive is just slightly coming off on the corner of one but that's an easy fix if it keeps bugging me.

I have very narrow feet with boney heels, so I always tear the inside of my athletic shoes. I have tried several heel cushions, but this product seemed better than others. I tried using the entire cushion, but it was too bulky. So I trimmed one of the cushions to a smaller size to cover just the small tear in my shoe. That helped for a while, but the heat and perspiration from your feet eventually makes the adhesive lose it's hold. I just keep cutting pieces from the heel cushion to cover the tears in my shoe if the previous pad piece falls away. These pads do prevent blisters and wear on your socks.

The stick on inserts work as they should. It seems the stick / glue is decent quality. They are new but I’ve had no problems with them slipping or falling off.

I do a lot of walking for my job and wear work boots that cause blisters. These worked well for about 2 weeks and started to fall apart. They also did not stay stuck to the inside heel spot as the adhesive wore away as well. They helped but were a waste of money

Bought these for a new pair of work boots that slipped in the heels - pulling my sock down.These seemed like a good idea and they were inexpensive.Attached them inside like the page photos - lasted one wearing. On removing the boots that night, the heel pad was stuck to the bottom of my socks. The adhesive is far too weak to stand up to work boots.Good idea. Bad execution. Not worth the money.

Timberland doesn't have much padding in the back of their boots for good heel protection from blisters. I needed these and the price was the best for 6 of them. You get to different two types of pads. One is thinner than the other. I used both and both work for work boots. For my boots the adhesive lasted for like two months I think, which isn't bad because it's hard to place these in theboots in the right spot the first time so peeling and repeeling doesn't help with longevity over time on how well they will stay on the back of a heel with already worn fabric. Also my heels rubbing on the cushion also causes wear to the heel pads that they came apart from the adhesive. The adhesive is strong but for boots the cushions will peel away from the two sided adhesive tape. Since the time I have used these heel cushions it has saved me from blisters and heel plain. I'll still get heel itch and skin but that just from wearing the boots for long work days. When I ordered mine this wasn't shipped by Amazon and had to wait a week on mail delivery. However I bought them because of lower price.

Opened it up to use one and it immediately tore. The part that was supposed to be sticky wasn’t, it was just super dry causing it to rip apart. I tried another one and the same thing occurred. Maybe I got a bad batch, but I wouldn’t purchase again.

I purchased these because my feet are different sizes so I have to wear either a too tight or too small shoe for 1 foot. Obviously, I need a shoe that fits my bigger foot so in order to fill in the space for the sloppy shoe that’s too big, I put this pad at the ball of my foot and it makes my shoe fit perfectly. It pushes your foot back towards towards the heels so you don’t have that gap.
