The BIG Family Diary 2018 (Ruby Red)

With a large, busy family I've tried pretty much every family organiser out there and all of them were good...ish...but had small things that irked me, silly stickers or pages wasted on things like 'Christmas Cards', not enough room for all info or not portable or a pain to update and all of them lacked enough room for regular numbers, passwords and such. I've always had to keep a list of important numbers and a file with vital info in it separately. This is easily the best I've tried. Both parents and each child gets their own page with contact info, sizes, important numbers like passports, NHS, term dates (great if they're in different schools), medical notes and GP/dentist/school numbers. The kids also have a contacts page each so it's easy to find the contacts for their coaches, tutors, lessons and friends as well. The parents pages have insurance, car registration, NIN and such as well so easy to find these quickly. Then there's a need-to-know numbers with prompts for everything from Alarm Co. to Window Cleaner, term schedule pages for all three terms, month-to-view pages for forward planning, contacts and even a pocket money ledger. And the piece de resistance? There are two ribbon bookmarks and an elastic holder so you can mark the pages you use regularly and also have it quick-flip to the week at hand. It looks smart and is a good size for throwing in the bag if you need to take it out with you. Will be reordering next year.
