Pros:-Clean Windows install. Absolutely zero bloatware.-Comes with dual channel ram (2x8gb)(Patriot 3200mt/s cl22).-No proprietary hardware, everything is standard and upgradeable.-Baseboard: ASRock A520M/ac-Bios: UEFI (American Megatrends)-Hinged glass side panel for quick and easy access to the interior.-3x RGB case fans with remote control.-Clean and tidy cable management.-BT & Wifi work fine once you attach the included antennas.-Power supply is adequate enough to install a decent dedicated GPU.Cons:-No dedicated GPU. However, the integrated Radeon Vega 8 graphics are pretty decent for an integrated GPU. It is still an integrated GPU and you won't be doing any 4k gaming. Medium settings in 1080 render playable results in many games though.-Glass front panel restricts airflow. It is open on each side of the front panel, so there is ventilation, but there is a nice piece of glass sitting right in front of the two front fans.I highly recommend CLX if you're in the market for a solid prebuilt PC. They use quality parts and provide a reasonably priced product.

This was a Christmas gift for my son. I ordered it around the middle of December and the expected delivery date was the 29th. I was a little bummed that he would get his gift after Christmas but that's when I could afford it and it was the only thing he wanted so I ordered it. It arrived well before Christmas and made his day so incredibly special which was all I wanted for Christmas.My computer related knowledge is super limited but I researched the heck out of this thing and was pleased with the price listed on Amazon. I'm assuming it performs well because he hasn't gotten off of the computer since Christmas other than to eat and sleep lol.Lastly, one key on the keyboard didn't work and I forgot to email the seller for over a week about it. A couple of days after I got around to emailing them, a brand new keyboard was delivered and it works perfectly. I appreciate the awesome customer service displayed in the reply andthe promptness from the seller to resolve my issue. The customer service helps take the sting off of spending so much money on something I won't be using lol.

This product does not have Bluetooth.Besides that everything seems to be working fine

I was in the market to replace my 2017 vintage Acer computer when I came across this item. It arrived double-boxed and on time. The performance is great. There is no bloatware, the RGB lighting is cool, and the internal cabling is tidy.After a week of using it, I upgraded it with a Zotac NVIDIA 3060 GPU, a 1gb SSD card, and a memory upgrade to 64GB RAM. My system is smoking fast now!I highly recommend CLX computers. You can see them on Twitch and Kick building customer computers live on stream.

Simple set up and fun features, not too big and not to small. Perfect for my son's gaming expertise

I added 32gb Memory, and an extenal (Gigabyte) WiFi Antenna (a good distance from Router.... this System SCREAMs now ;)

NO dedicated graphics card. Contacted seller CLX asking to at least sell me a graphics card at a discounted price. Seller advised some computers don't play the newest games.
