It's Steven Wilson, what more is there to add. Classic porcupine tree every track is a winner.

This CD is one of the best of the band. There is no bad music, or more or less. It's quiet to listen and be amazed with the disc for those who like progressive rock. The disc is a very good recommendation for those who do not know the band and want to hear something of the same. Lanes 1, 2, 9 and 12 are perhaps the best. The edition with the bonus disc only came to enrich the work and brings the wonder of the DTS sound. It is a spectacular edition. The inspiration for Steven Wilson was high and the compositions are well made, and the willingness to listen to the album over and over again. Note 1000! Excellent!

As ever with Steven Wilson and crew the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. There are some great moments on this album, and the music has its own uniqely eclectic personality. It is one of the charms of unwrapping a Porcupine Tree album, you are never quite sure what you will get. Perhaps a little less dramatic and narrower in scope than In Absentia or Deadwing, but stiill a great listen.

Steve Wilson's fifth album under the Band Name Porcupine Tree and for me this is one of his best releases.The whole production is superb with no filler material.If you have any interest in complex, intelligent progressive rock music these guys are the pinnacle, never been bettered.Simply Stunning this is an essential five star purchase.

Yet another superb album, from a band who like Steven Wilson's other band - No-Man - seem to be amongst of the music businesses best kept secrets.The music is superb the musicianship even more so, and the recording/production quality should be used as a tutorial in not just how to do it well but how to do it brilliantly. The icing on the cake with this version is the 5.1 surround sound DVD which lifts the album to a whole new level. If you haven't already got a copy get one, you won't regret it.

I LOVE this album. Simple as that. If you are new to Porcupine Tree (I heard 'In Absentia' a month ago and demanded to know who it was) then this is the one to get first. In Absentia is a bit annoying in that it suddenly goes into thrashy bouts, when actually I was enjoying the track for it's more moody chillout vibes. No such difficulties with 'Stupid Dream'.
