The other attachments seem to work OK.Because of the missing parts, Amazon offered to refund £6 - Which I find totallyunacceptable. Without the cutting wires, this product is not fit for purpose.I understand that missing parts are a common problem with this item . Amazonsupplies this product therefore I feel it is their responsibility to make sure it arrives complete.
