I'd been more or less watching for the postman to come to the door with this as I've read some great things about it. Here is what I think so far- I will update in the longer term also. THIS PRODUCT IS £5 CHEAPER ON THE MAMA NATURE SITE BY THE WAY!UPDATE, August 2013:Following on from the paragraph below, I'm still using this product. Here is what I have to say about the resultsRedness:I feel the cream provides 'maintenance'. still have a red tone to skin but I've als=ways been quite rosy nayway. The important thing is that I have a huge decrease in the very red, dark flare ups. I noticed one of the triggers was the products I used- generic shower gels and shampoos. I would come out of the shower with blotchy, sore and stingy skin. I now use paraben free tea tree soap and shampoo and don't have this effect anymore. Then, when I put this on after my shower, my skin actually feels calm, every day.Inflammation: Severely reduced. If I have a flare up, which is very rare now, I wash my face with tea tree soap then put on the cream and it calms down within a few minutes.Dryness: The cream has made a huge difference to this- the skin on my face was depressingly dry and no longer is at all! Lifstyle factors definitely make a difference too though.General: For me, this has made a big difference to my confidence because of the reasons above. However, I find it extremely important to control the lifestyle factors, that for me were triggers for rosacea (Too much caffeine, not enough water, hot places, stress and too much sugar). I have to be really careful with these now. For example instead of 2 or 3 cups of coffee, I now have one per day or I notice the difference in skin hydration and susceptibility to a flare up much more.May 2013- I've only used this for two days so far. The first time in particular my skin did suddenly go quite red. However, it does say that because this product is designed to kill demotex mites as a possible cause of rosacea, that it can get worse for 2-7 days while it kills them off (gross, I know) and then it calms down. Luckily it doesn't seem to be flaring my skin up too much though. After using it about 3 times, there was hardly any flare up, and the results were actually there- CALM skin- which I never have! I was waiting for something to go wrong and it didn't. My skin didn't feel inflamed, which is rare, and also really soft. The awful, extreme dryness I also have, is getting better. The calmness meant the redness from rosacea was much less prominent. I also get a lot of bumpyness on my face and that has calmed down too. So I can only hope this skin condition is improving. My condition is mild but getting worse rosacea, mainly on the cheeks and forehead, I'm 31 and could be doing more to improve my diet and lifestyle in line with what helps the condition, so that's also going to be a focus for me.

Very very disappointed with this company, it's service and products.Firstly I would like to warn you that you need to apply this cream to your face, neck, shoulders, upper back and chest.You will run out of cream after 2 weeks!! So be prepared to spend an awful lot of money on this product.They said initially the Rosacea will get worse, but after 3-4 days it should improve.Well, My Rosacea did get worse, much much worse! The only problem was it did not improve at all after 4 weeks of use!!I found the cream to be completely useless!!I also used the Proskin Rosacea Hair product at the same time, as it's advised for better results. But this product was no help at all either.I contacted them for help, and they just said I should stop using it, whilst only offering me a refund on one of the 3 products I'd bought.You would have thought they would be decent enough to refund me on something that actually made my condition worse!!!!But they don't care, they've got my money, and a lot of it!!!It seems to be a very expensive Tea Tree cream basically.I'd advise anyone thinking of buying this to try a 100% Aloe Vera with Tea Tree gel. I bought a 200ml tube for £5 and it's helped me so much more than this expensive product.Good luck if you decide to try this tho......

I have mild rosacea - all over redness + blemishes. I've had it about 8 years and at times I feel so embarrassed by my face that I hardly want to go out - I'm not vain just fed up of feeling self conscious about my red face. I've been to a dermatologist who basically told me to quit complaining and go home, I've bought lots of potions online and I've tried tablets and creams from my GP. Nothing worked.I tried Proskin after Metronidazole caused painful inflammation of my face. It worked, the effects of the Metronidazole were countered and my skin is becoming calmer. I don't think the redness will ever go away but it is at a level now were I don't feel embarrassed to go out and I can cover it reasonably well with light make-up.If you have tried lots of things to no effect, I'd give this a go. Don't be put off if your skin reacts a bit at first, that seems to be a sign that the cream itself is working. Good luck.

I have rosacea and am always looking for the one product that will work for me. Sadly this is not it. It does smell rather antibacterial. I don't mind that if it works but it didn't. If anything, for me it made things a little worse. Doesn't mean it wont work for you just for me it sadly didn't so its on to the next product.
